Highly recommend
Comes with everything you need for Pilates. I love this kit. It is all pretty sturdy and reliable. With how much comes in it it is so worth the money. Also has quite a bit of yoga stuff in it as well and I have loved using all of it. Highly recommend!

Kit good, but lacks the routine
Seems like a good kit; everything that is needed has been included except that I would have preferred a better workout program. A guide is included on how to perform some exercises, but it doesn’t list a routine. (Reps, etc.)

Great set for home workouts!Everything in this Pilates kit is surprisingly good quality for the price. The 14.5" Pilates ring has great resistance, and the hip bands don't slide around during workouts. It includes everything you need to start doing home Pilates without taking up too much space. Has some good things for beginners
I got this to add to my home workout equipment collection and, to clarify, I am not a yogi. But I do enjoy working out and particularly was interested in resistance bands, ball & sliders. For my interest, at this price point, I think this is a decent purchase.That being said, out of this whole kit, those are the only things that I believe I will be getting regular use out of.The ankle weights are not the typical velcro-style, but rather clip-style that I found more difficult to put on. As a result, I will not be using them.The ring will also not be used by me. It feels very flimsy and like it would not hold up for any thigh exercises. The socks, also will not be used by me, but if you have hardwoods (or the like), they may work well for you.Overall, I think whether this is a good value or not is going to be dependent on what specifically you're wanting to use in the kit. If you're wanting to use enough out of it, the $30 may be worth it.Ver másVer menos
