Easy to use and feels secure
Great hardware wallet. Easy to set up, feels premium and sofisticated, and the color touchscreen makes it simple to use. I like the added security features and the Bluetooth option. Overall, a solid choice for safely storing crypto for my future.

Authentic/Genuine from Trezor. Great upgrade from the Safe 5. I love it!!
This will be a "it's new to me" POV review. It's definitely the real deal, sealed correctly as pictured, and passed all the Trezor security checks. We've only had our Safe 5 for under 12 months , but I was compelled to acquire this unit for a few reasons: Extra security, QFS ready, Bigger (and useable) screen, and yet only slightly bigger in overall physical size than the Safe 5; I'd also wanted a backup (which the 5 is now relegated to). SO, in spite of the price of admission, I bit the bullet and purchased it.I must say that Trezor really makes an elegant cold wallet. Extremely high-quailty in perception yet very understated and doesn't draw undue attention. The first plus and PRO was when I fired this thing up and saw the useable screen size increase. Very significant. It's also much easier for fat fingers to accurately input a PIN, as opposed to the lilliputian number buttons of the 5, that were not user-friendly to me.Beneath its understated elegance, Trezor Safe 7 is very sturdy, features a Gorilla Glass display for some peace of mind, & (at 42 grams) feels very substantial in the hand vs the 23 grams of the Safe 5; without being unduly heavy or cumbersome. I also like the compatibility of the bluetooth with both my laptop and iPhone 17 Pro Max...in fact I did the setup entirely via Bluetooth, which leads to my only caveat:The bundled Safe 7 USB Connection cable. Yes, it and of itself it's a nice aesthetic upgrade with the black and green subtle weave motif (VERY cool!), and its green inner USB plug receptacle, vs the simple black bundled USB cable the Safe 5 came with....BUT.....BUT...the Safe 7 cable did not seat securely at first. I could not get it to charge ( I don't have the proper Qi wireless charger yet) as the cable's plug would not seat completely into either the Safe 7, nor my laptop, or other USB-C sockets- in my USB hub, chargers, etc. Hmm. So I grabbed my Safe 5 cable. EUREKA! That cable seated and therefore functioned properly...LIKE charging happened finally. Hmmm again...So, giving it one more college try (just what is that, anyway? lol) I took the new Safe 7 cable and once again seated it into the Safe 7's USB socket. And pressed significantly harder. "SNAP" The cable then inserted all the way. I approached my MacBook with caution not wanting to screw up a USB port but....a little more pressure and "SNAP" it snapped-in home, and the device started charging accordingly. Whew! So don't be afraid to put some pressure on that new cable when inserting it. The Safe 7's bundled works, but you have to seat it all the way. "SNAP" and you're there. Will update this review after some weeks and months of use. So far, I'm chuffed, and it's a WIN.Ver másVer menos

Works fine with iPhone. Bad USB-C cable.
Positive: This Trazer Safe 7 works great with iPhone. Setting up was a breeze. The software and the device display interface is ease-of-use. Tried all basic stuffs like receiving and sending bitcoins, or use one of the legacy seed phrases format, they worked fineNegative: The charging cable came with the package is either too hard to push into the bottom of device or does not actually work. After some struggling, changing to any normal usb-c cable would do the trick and less risk on damaging the device. The seed backup book seems to use the same flimsy material as the user manual. They could have done better at least make it a little thicker or more premium feel.Ver másVer menos
