I do not pay much attention to the suggested timing because creatine is something used consistently over time rather than something I view as requiring precise pre-workout dosing.The powder is described as micronized, but it does not look especially uniform. Much of it is fine, though there are also many visibly larger, gritty particles mixed through it. This has not caused a practical problem in my shake, but it is not the consistently fine powder I normally expect from a well-processed micronized creatine.The child-resistant lid is also unusual for this type of product and becomes mildly annoying with daily use. It may offer some extra household safety, but I have not encountered this style of lid on other creatine containers.The listing raises additional concerns. finest creatine I've used
I was actually really surprised by this creatine. It doesn't alter the flavor of what I put it in hardly at all and its texture is very very very fine. It's not gritty or sandy like others and actually seems to dissolve into water better than other creatine I've tried before. I haven't been able to get it all to dissolve but it does seem to actually dissolve somewhat and perhaps with more time, stirring, warm water, more water, other solutions I'm not thinking of at the moment it would completely dissolve. My recovery and muscle growth seems on par with what I've experienced with other creatines. The jar for this one is laughably easy to understand how to open. The lid is half covered by an illustration that shows you need to press down and turn to open it. It comes with a desiccant packet inside which is much appreciated since I wouldn't want this to get damp. The scoop was all the way at the bottom of mine when I opened it but I made sure my hand was dry and fished it out you could also use a fork or something like that and get the same result. the cost is on par with other creatine sources, but if you want to not notice your creatine in your shake then perhaps this is worth the small upgrade.Ver másVer menos
