  Great product

  Love this, it looks great and lasted longer tha normal, I did use a nail primer with a base and top coat, but it held longer than a salons would. Color was beautiful. Took a little bit to understand how to work the magnet but would definitely recommend it.

  Beautiful color, looks as picture

  This is an absolutely beautiful color. Just as the picture. I used as a French tip color over a pink base. LOVE!

  Just Meh

  I was super excited to try this product. I’ve tried other gels from born pretty, but the last time I bought them was the beginning of the year. I think they changed their formula, because this new one I got is super insanely thick, and it wasn’t just my bottle because my friend also ordered some recently from them and they are also incredibly thick compared to the ones I bought in December/January. Which is mildly annoying, but what was even more annoying is the holographic does NOT show up! I did about 3 layers of the polish, activating it each time (I have no issues with cateyes) but with this one you could barely move the particles and you can only see the holographic colors in the sun light or with a flash light. Otherwise it just looks silver. Which is not how the picture portrayed it to be. Highly unsatisfied with both the quality and accuracy of the color. First photo is without any direct light, second is with flash. It’s pretty when you can see it with a light on it, but you shouldn’t have to get a flash light out everytime you want to see the holographic colors of it.Ver másVer menos

  Very dark and isn't red like the picture

  This is much darker than what I thought and is the only reason I am giving 4 stars. It definitely doesn't look like in the picture. I wanted to see more red but I don't. Other than that it's great polish! The magnet that comes with it seemed to make it darker than what it was already and I tried not using the magnet but it seemed to look better and glossier using the magnet. I'll just look for another color and try it again.Ver másVer menos

  Gorgeous but color match isn't spot on

  I'm torn between 3 and 4 stars. Price point, size of the bottle being bigger and the small but mighty magnet I didn't know even came with it are the main positives. Very easy to use as well. What I don't like so much is how extremely thick the polish is. At first I assumed it was just due to being outside in the freezing temps upon delivery but week later when I went finally use it it's still very much thick. I tried setting it in hot water like someone had suggested in their review and it did help a tad. Lastly, and I'm aware the product photos are done on nails with no base color; which I did try I just didn't cure it and didn't get a photo unfortunately, so I did a quick swatch on notebook paper if that even shows well enough and I used the polish on my nails over 5 different base colors to see how it looks and it sadly doesn't really seem to be as advertised. Now it's close, I guess, I see more blue And green instead of blue, purples and pinks which is what I wanted as I have a few chameleon cat eye polished already that look similar. I still think the polish is a pretty and fun one to have so it is what it is. I'll keep searching for one that has the color shift I want I suppose.Ver másVer menos

  Sparkle sparkle!

  I wanted glittery and I GOT IT. Love this polish! Its just pure sparkle! I didn't bother with a photo because Photos just dont do it justice! Its silvery, sparkly, beautiful!
