So Very Wise

Works well at reasonable price
I’ve had this for about a week and used twice a day. So far, the initial charge is still not used up. It seems to have plenty of power and works well for me at setting level 4 of 6. I wind up filling the reservoir by taking off the top vs using the fill port since its easier. I only fill the reservoir about half way and that is all I need. I am very happy with this item so far. If anything bad happens I will update. It does take a little bit of learning how to use it since you need to hold it with your thumb very close to or right over the power button to get proper control and not spray the room.Ver másVer menos

Holds a good charge!
This water flossers is fantastic! I was looking for a portable replacement for my 20+ year-old water pick and was very reluctant to go off brand for anything because my water pick had lasted me decades and served me well in all of those years. But I was reading the reviews on the portable or rechargeable water packs and they were so many bad reviews. I was shocked and opted to look at some other options I bought this or received it rather at the beginning of June I charged it immediately when I first got it, and even though there was no indication that the charge was weakening I still charged it again because I’m at a month and a half now and I use it almost daily, so it holds its charge and the variable speeds are nice, but I usually only just use the one and there are lots of complaints that I read about the charger not being USB but if you have an iPhone 15 or later than you have one of the required charging ports. The way it holds a charge, how well it works and that it’s the perfect size. I give it a five all day long!If there’s any drawback at all to mention, it’s simply the same problem than I imagine all the wireless ones have that the controls are in a place where it might be easy to unintentionally change them. Many people had complained because it’s a type C usb cord that needs the same receptacle. As long as you’re prepared it’s not a big deal.As a first time user of the hand held version. I also found out it is a little messier than I’m accustomed with the classic countertop version, but it cleans up easily enough.Ver másVer menos

Great for TMJ
Amazing customer service with a cheap price tag! I was shocked by the fact that this company was willing to reach out and offered to send me (FOR FREE) a new charger cord just in case and also new attachments for free. The flosser works well and matches my bathroom decor which is a plus. The water tank is big enough that I can floss without needing to refill to clean my entire mouth. It took some tiral and error in the beginning as this was my first water flosser but I have the hang of it now. I stood in my shower while I was learning. Now I can stand at my sink w/o fear of spraying everything lol This is a good investment for anyone who has TMJ and struggles flossing with regular floss. All in all a great buy!Ver másVer menos

A gamechanger for clearing stuck food between teeth. Use before brushing. Then give your expensive toothpaste a chance to work. Spit it out and let it sit on your teeth and gums without rinsing. Getting those loose bits out makes a huge difference. The easily filled and emptied reservoir, and the mode that only sprays while you hold the button. No more problems with spraying the room. A big improvement over using a reach flosser. Does use an adapter cable from the special plug in the handle to a usb-c, but they are sending a cable that plugs into a more common usb-a charger. There's also usb-c adapter plugs. In any case you do need to keep track of the special charger cable. After an initial full charge has been working for at least a week. The charging port is only slightly larger than USB-c. If you forget about the adapter a USB-c does fit in the charging port opening but won't connect. It would be more convenient if usb-c worked without adapter. How much is that feature worth paying extra? There's not really any battery low warning unless you notice the led blinking during use. Otherwise it just stops. It's still satisfying to get those hidden bits of food out. A package insert offers 2 year extended warranty to register. Possibly worth it. Then it offers a free accessory like replacement tips for c20 or charger with a promo code, but after trying to check out the promo code only appears to give you free shipping, on the payment screen there's another place to enter a discount code and this one reduces the price to 0 with free shipping.Ver másVer menos

You can clean it!
At last! Some one realized that these flossers need to be cleaned! This is the third or fourth flosser I have had. I got rid of all of them for the same reason - they got dirty inside - one had mold - and I couldn't clean them. This is replacing another Coslus flosser that was about 1 1/2 years old. One day I realized it needed cleaning - and that was practically impossible. When I saw this one it was just what I needed. You can clean it, dry it out, and store the tip inside! I also like the jet mode, as I was always getting water everywhere with the old one. My only complaint is that the to and bottom is a little difficult to put together and lock.Ver másVer menos

Works Well for the Price
My dental hygienist recommended a water flosser. She said it doesn’t have to be fancy to work well so I ordered this one. So far it works well! I lean over the sink while using it to allow the water to run out of my mouth. Some reviewers say they use it while in the shower. Whatever works for you! My only complaint is the way the top fits. The tops goes on at an awkward angle after filling the water reservoir— so it can be difficult to get a good fit, but it doesn't leak so I don’t mind. I'm sure Ì'll master it in time! Why spend more if you don’t need to!Ver másVer menos
