Great Rice Cooker...perfect rice so far
So I just used my Elite Gourmet Rice Cooker yesterday and I'm impressed. It's reliable, easy to use and clean, the size is perfectly small but big enough and it's very light which I thought it would have a little weight to it for some reason. It cooked the rice spot on. I placed a cup (the cup included with purchase) of uncooked white rice with small amounts of small sized chopped carrots, celery and green bell pepper and mushrooms,then added (it says to add 1 and 1/2 cups) (the provided cup) to one cup (provided cup) of uncooked white rice, but I added almost 2 cups (provided cup)of chicken broth instead of just water because of all the extra ingredients and wow....it turned out so yummy and perfect. This rice Cooker really knows how to cook rice (I know, it should it's a rice cooker) but I've had a couple in the past that either burnt the rice, undercooked it or splattered rice water everywhere while cooking no matter how you adjusted ingredients or adjusted rice amounts and water amounts they always messed up but this little guy... cooks perfectly.
