This serum is like rain drops for your skin. Its light, aplies evenly and gives your skin a satin finish. Works wonderfully under my moisturizer. For those like me who don't wear makeup to work this is magic. Enjoy!

Effective

I find this hydrating booster to be quite nice for the hot summer weather I have been having. It hydrates very well without adding feeling heavy on the skin. It absorbs perfectly and gives a subtle dewy glow. It causes no irritation. In fact, it feels quite neutral on the skin. Almost immediately after applying it, it feels weightless, like I have no skincare on my face. WIth that being said, it still does what it claim to do – gives my skin the adequate moisture it needs to stay hydrated during the hot and dry weather aI am experiencing. I am wearing it with little else other than perhaps a second serum. No need for any heavy moisturizer. It is very effective for keeping the skin healthy while still feeling like it is minimal skincare.Ver más

I expected more hydration, but it's still a winner

I have dry, sensitive skin that's always craving gentle moisturization to combat flakiness and dehydrated-looking dullness. I love hyaluronic acid and the idea of using something made of a combination of it and several other similar ingredients had me excited, looking forward to soft, plumped, hydrated, happy skin.This is a very thin, watery, unscented, clear liquid that goes on very runny and smooths over the skin easily, sinking in virtually immediately without leaving the slightest hint of residue on my skin. I'm very, very happy with the quick absorption, lack of scent and gentleness. I didn't experience any irritation or discomfort whatsoever, even though my face is a little extra sensitive right now since my skin barrier is currently a bit compromised.This absolutely left my skin feeling very smooth and silky, but I don't feel like it moisturized as well as I would have expected from something with so many hydrating ingredients of differing strengths. My skin is softer, yes, but not dramatically so.I was definitely expecting more hydration, but I'm still actually quite happy with this serum because it makes my skin super smooth, which leaves a fantastic blank slate to apply the rest of my skincare or makeup over. It doesn't pill up or interfere with anything I put over-top and almost acts like a primer, leaving my skin feeling very smooth to the touch.It's not quite what I expected, but I still think it's a good value. The formula is going to be perfect for warmer weather when I don't want my skin feeling weighed down with heavy moisturizers, but is also a nice base for other serums, moisturizers or just straight under my tinted moisturizer and sunscreen.Ver más

Pretty good skin booster, works more like HA toner for me, no scent, fast absorption

TOSOWOONG 8 Hyaluron Skin Booster Serum is presented as a fast-absorbing booster hydrating serum to be used as the first step of skincare to prep skin and enhance absorption of the products that follow. It comes in a plastic bottle with pump dispenser, 150 ml volume. I find that the consistency of the product is rather thin and watery, I would say that it is more like thick toner than a serum for me. Also, suggestion to use it as the first step of skincare routine is more corespondent to the toner step.The product features multiple types of hyaluronic acid (HA), niacinamide and panthenol, ceramide NP, vitamin E, and centella asiatica extract -- pretty nice formulation for light skin barrier support and skin hydration. As hydration effects are based here mainly on HA ingredients and glycerin, it is important to remember that they perform optimally in high humidity condition. However, if you live in a dry climate and/or have dry/dehydrated skin, HA ingredients won’t be effective in a similar way here. Multiple layers of toners should be applied underneath HA serums or boosters to provide this moisture to HA molecules, otherwise it might take water from the skin directly.Thus, this Hyaluron Skin Booster Serum does not deliver pronounced moisturizing effect on its own to my combo-to-dry skin, I need to prep the skin with several layers of other toners, otherwise the result will be even more dry feel than before booster application. But for other skin types and for humid conditions, perhaps it will be fine on its own.Serum has rather thin, runny consistency, clear liquid with slight viscosity (typical to HA), no scent and fragrances. It absorbs really quick, without any residue left, no tackiness. Finish is soft and natural, without extra glass glow.So, it is a pleasant, lightweight toner to deliver some plumpness and hydration to the skin mostly via an HA-loaded vehicle, which might not be suitable for everyone. If you have dry skin, do not expect too much from the solo product on its own, add more moisture underneath this product and seal it afterwards with a good moisturizer.Famous brand.
