Solid, Secure Mount for a 77” OLED
This mount was exactly what I was looking for. It fit my 77” OLED perfectly and feels extremely sturdy once installed. The build quality is solid and gives me full confidence holding a larger, heavier TV.Installation was straightforward and easier than expected. The instructions were clear, hardware was included, and everything lined up properly with the studs. Once mounted, it sits clean and flush to the wall.If you’re mounting a larger TV and want something reliable and well-made, this is a great option.Ver másVer menos

PERFECT MOUNT for large TV's
I know, everyone is looking for a low price for TV mounts these days. I was too when I selected this particular mount and company. Boy, did I get SO MUCH MORE than I paid for -- hopefully Echogear won't see this post and raise their prices.First of all, you get everything you would expect from a TV mount - my TV is 77" so I needed something that was sturdy for the job. The mount is sturdy and mounts easily regardless of wood/concrete block/metal studs. The mount allows for you to install it as close to center as you can and still adjust the TV from left to right to fully center after installation (to accommodate for stud placement, etc). Brackets lock on the mount so that the TV will stay once installed. All of this should be expected from any mount. For the unexpected, the instructions and box graphics were really good. Why is the important? To me, if they are going to put extra time in placing humor in the instructions to encourage you to actually read them and dress the packing up with graphics, etc., then that tells me they pay attention to details which is what I want when I put a $2,500 TV on the wall. However, the best feature I was not expecting was the ability to adjust the tilt of the TV once it is installed on the wall. With the larger TV's, even a small tilt in the mount creates a significant tilt on the TV once it is mounted. Once that initial mount is attached to your wall, it is very difficult to make any permanent adjustments with other mounts. The brackets that attached this mount to the TV have adjusters that can assist with those fine-tuning adjustments so that the TV is level once you are finished. Absolutely the best feature of this product and something I will look for in the future.Ver másVer menos

Great mount holds up to 150lbs
To mount this into wood studs you need to drill a 1/8 inch hole 2 3/4 inch deep. Make sure you have a long enough bit. The one in my standard index was 2 3/4 so it could not drill a hole quite that deep. I found a longer one rather than risk shearing the heads off the lag bolts. The M8x16mm TV screws were the perfect length for my 1.1 inch thick Samsung.Assembly was straightforward and instructions were clearly written.I put the maximum weight in my title because I could not find it easily in the description.Ver másVer menos

Great Budget Fixed TV Wall Mount
Very simple sturdy fixed wall mount for TV's up to 90". Used this Echogear bracket to mount a 75" LED TV. Instructions are clear. Please note the mount does require mounting to wood studs , concrete wall, or steel. All required lags and or anchors are provided in the box. This mount is intended for a fixed mount postion only. Echogear does sell other TV mounts that provide tilting capabilties. Al in all a good solid well constructed fixed TV mount at a budget price!Ver másVer menos

Difficult to level, but a robust unit
The actual mounting bars need to be a little wider to accommodate centering for 16" on-center spacing. One of my bolts is all the way at the end of one of the slots and unfortunately just missed my being able to center the bracket within the entertainment center space on my wall, particularly applicable to 75" or larger TVs. Leveling was difficult due to the vertical center bar seating just a little too high for the mount--I was unable to get my two-foot or four-foot levels to lay flat along the horizontal top bar or bottom bar because that vertical bridge is approximately 1/16" to 1/8" too long and kept me from doing so, and as a result my TV is now hanging slightly low on one side. I would recommend the manufacturer shave about 1/8" to 3/16" off the top and bottom of that vertical flat bar to allow installers to properly level the mounting bars. Other than that, the product seems to be good quality, and the instructions were very reader friendly, clear, and well written.Ver másVer menos
