A MUST HAVE JACKET!
Where do I start? I was so excited to order this Koi brand fleece jacket! As someone who previously worked in the medical field Koi was always one of those tried and true brands for me, so ordering this felt like a no-brainer!I’ve also been needing a genuinely warm jacket. Southern California definitely spoils us weather-wise, but the beach gets surprisingly cold especially in the evenings, and my lighter beachy windbreakers just don’t cut it sometimes.I ordered a 2X because on the model it looked fairly form fitting, and I personally like jackets to have a little extra movement room even when zipped. I could have definitely gotten away with an extra large or even a large, but honestly I’m not upset about it because this thing is SO comfortable.The quality is immediately noticeable. Truly. This easily feels like a jacket that would cost twice as much. I used to own a North Face jacket years ago, and this honestly rivals it in warmth, comfort, breathability and overall feel.I’ve already worn it during a couple really windy evenings at the beach, and normally I would’ve been borrowing my boyfriend’s sweater halfway through the night. Instead I was perfectly warm and actually ended up taking the jacket off after awhile because I got a little too toasty!I can already tell this is going to be amazing for brisk beachy evenings and would also be epic for people who live somewhere chilly year-round!I’ve washed it twice already on cold and hung it overnight to dry. Still looks perfect. No pilling inside, and it kept that soft glossy look the fabric has.From the warmth, to the pockets, to the sturdy zipper, this one is honestly a 10/10 for me.
