Incredible Customer Support!!!
This is a beautiful monitor it’s perfect for my needs. The customer service team, (July specifically), is incredible. My monitor had a half moon dark spot on the top right of the screen. I reached out to customer support about this problem. Very quickly they responded to my inquiry about this situation and informed me to follow some simple steps, send them a video or pictures of the monitor of which I did both. July from the support team informed me in various emails if I would like a replacement as I qualified for one. I was traveling so I didn’t see the emails till I got back. Fortunately July from the support team persisted in sending me the emails indicating if I wanted to go forward with the replacement she will send a shipping label at no additional cost to me to send my monitor back. I agreed and I now have a brand new monitor with no black spots anywhere and it came in two days AMAZING!!! As I mentioned earlier incredible customer support I experienced through July. The new monitor is beautiful, sharp, minimal to no glare under the sun light, it’s light, has a carrying case / cover that also turns into a stand, great for traveling very portable, and the speakers are good. I highly recommend this monitor for those that need a monitor like this. Again the customer support is impeccable.Thank You🙏Ver másVer menos

Good all-around monitor
Bought this monitor for a second screen for my laptop to help with daily tasks and for bigger screen for my phone for movies on the goIt was packed very well in a solid box with soft material to hold up even if it was dropped a few timesCame with a mini-HDMI to HDMI cable, a USB-C to USB-A cable, a USB-C to USB-C cable, and a USB power adapterHas a decent 4k picture for a 4k monitor sometimes the HDR is hit or miss like on other portable monitorsHas a built-in kickstand when closed it hides all the ports and controls to help prevent damageThe speakers have decent loudness but lacking some bass in it but can listen to something from it clearlyTried it out on a Nintendo switch worked with 0 issues but it only has 60hz so don't look for this as a good gaming monitor replacement for games needing high FPSTouch screen when it was connected to my phone worked as it should, but when I used as second monitor it wanted to act like it was the main display made it work all weird and it didn't work with a stylusVery easy to use plug in play going from phone, laptop, or even to the Switch with 0 problemsOverall, it has a great design very light making it easy to take with youIt's not bad for the price would recommend and if you happen to see on sale definitely worth gettingWould love to see it come with some kind or front cover but my laptop bag was big enough to hold it with everything elseVer másVer menos

Perfect Monitor backed by a wonderful, customer forward company
Very good monitor to use as a workhorse. I currently run it as a monitor below my main monitor. It fits the empty space perfectly and boosts my productivity. The picture quality is nice and clear and has great viewing angles. The brightness and color are also outstanding. I have it positioned in front of my docking station for my laptop, and the way the stand is positioned and constructed compliments this set up. Other screens have uneven and awkward stand positions, but this stand type is more preferable for most needs/space organization.I do not currently move my set up around, but I believe this monitor would be a perfect mobile set up.Great customer service is always a bonus as well.Ver másVer menos

Good 1080p Monitor for the price, and excellent customer service
First of all, UPERFECT has excellent customer service. I've owned their 1080p monitor for about a year and a half now, and every time I've reached out to them they've been very quick to respond, and their customer service representatives seem genuinely interested in helping you resolve your issues. Shoutout to Sophia (the most recent customer service rep who I've communicated with) who got a cable mailed out to me that was supposed to have been sent out a while back, and who is currently helping me exchange my malfunctioning monitor.This is the first portable monitor I have owned, and I bought it specifically to hook up a Blu-ray player to it via HDMI cable to watch movies. For that purpose, it was quite good. I connected it to my laptop as well, and it worked fine for that as well. I think it would be a good secondary screen for work/computer stuff, if that's what you're looking for. I like that it's relatively inexpensive, and it came with many cables to connect a variety of things to it. Like I said, I mostly used it to watch Blu-ray movies on it. It's a light, good size screen with great HD picture quality, and after experimenting with the settings (there's quite a few) the color seemed pretty good on it as well.In my opinion, the two biggest flaws with this monitor are the side buttons, and the volume control. The side buttons do multiple things, so it takes some experimenting and getting used to to use them properly. Luckily, once I fixed the settings to my liking, I didn't have to fiddle with them again every time I used the monitor. My issue with the sound was that the volume didn't really go past 65 (out of 100). The numbers would increase, but the volume wouldn't. I had to bring the volume on it and my Blu-ray player down to around 70, and then increase them both at the same time in order for the actual volume to go up. I always used headphones with it, and also felt like it could be louder. I definitely recommend attaching a speaker to it, if you're not using headphones with it.I never had any connectivity issues with this monitor until recently when it started no longer showing an image; just the sound would come through. Luckily I had an extended warranty on it, so I reached out to customer service. No obvious solutions fixed the problem, so I'm in the middle of the return process to get a new one sent to me. In the year and a half that I owned this monitor, I actually didn't use it all that much, so it's a bit concerning that it would stop functioning properly with such little use. I might've just gotten a defective product, and hopefully the new monitor they send to replace it will last longer. The return process is simple enough to give it another shot and overall, the monitor worked well for what I needed it for.

Fantastic resolution and colors, lightweight, travel portable gaming monitor you need to buy
This review is for the you perfect portable gaming monitor at 144 HZ 2.5k 16in screen. I can't get enough of uperfect monitors. They are budget friendly and are top of the line for portability, quality, andconvenience. I've tried other portable gaming monitors and they don't compare to UPerfect monitors.First off, these monitors are durable. They are built for on the go use and power easily with the 4K USBC cord. The quality build on these is meant to last several years and is backed by a 2-year warranty with uPerfect. If you have any issues within that first 2-year period they Are quick to respond and help troubleshoot and get you going again. But of course you probably won't even have any issues with these monitors seeing how well made they are. The monitor comes with a built-in stand as well which is really handy on the go when I bring this to the coffee shop. Monitor comes in a nice plastic matte finish along with a matte screen. No unnecessary glare when using this monitor.Second, these are super lightweight. It's unbelievable technology nowadays and how lightweights the parts are. This monitor barely weighs anything and it packs so much power. Seeing it's made for on the go. The designer is definitely were keeping the weight in mind when designing. For something that's so lightweight. It also includes several ports including two USBC ports and one HDMI mini port.Third, The screen has fantastic resolution no matter which device you're using it on and which program are you using. As a graphic designer I need to make sure the colors look good no matter which screen I use. With this uperfect portable monitor I can achieve clear colors at a budget price. I've used this on both my Mac and PC and both work great. I've also tested this on My iPad and things mirror fantastic. Monitor also has additional settings for color adjustments if necessary. The fact that this monitor is compatible with all of my devices is a plus.Ver másVer menos

A great, high resolution, high framerate portable display!
This is a great portable monitor. It can easily be powered and connected via USB-C and used with your phone or laptop with a single cord. My wife and I used it to watch shows a plane recently and it was perfect for that. The size, picture quality are great for the price. I was very happy to see the display next to my Mac Book Pro display and my Steam Deck OLED. It isn't quite as good as an OLED, but for a portable monitor it looks very nice. I mainly bought it to use as a travel companion for my Steam Deck and consoles, and it works great for that, and it is nice to have the 144hz panel for games that can run at higher frame rates. It is very thin and light, and easy to take on the go.My only con is that my screen died a little after a month of use, but customer service was very responsive and July my customer support representative helped me get my monitor replaced with a new one right away.Ver másVer menos
