My positive experience with Catakor supplements
My Experience with Catakor SupplementsI recently started taking four Catakor supplements—NAD, NMN, Glutathione, Skin, Hair & Nails—and I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the changes I’ve noticed.I take them every morning on an empty stomach. Before starting them, I would usually go to bed around midnight. Now, I naturally get sleepy around 9 PM and wake up around 5 AM, and I feel like I’m getting better, more consistent sleep.I’ve also noticed that I have much more energy throughout the day without the afternoon crash I used to experience. One of the biggest changes I noticed was in my glucose readings. My glucose has gone down from around 300 to about 120 since I started taking the supplements. That said, I also manage my glucose with prescribed medication, so I can’t say the supplements alone caused this change. I’m sharing my personal experience, not making a medical claim. So far, I’m very happy with how I feel and plan to continue taking them and monitoring my results. Everyone can respond differently, but this has been a positive experience for me.Ver másVer menos
