Amazing results and fast
Within the first couple of weeks, I experienced improved muscle relaxation, fewer occasional muscle cramps, and a greater sense of calm, especially in the evenings. I also appreciate that it's gentle on my stomach no digestive discomfort or laxative effect that I've experienced with other forms of magnesium. No bad taste at all .The capsules are easy to swallow, and I like that the formula is vegan, non GMO, and clearly labeled with the amount of elemental magnesium provided per serving. The buffered bisglycinate chelate offers a nice balance of potency and absorption. If you're looking for a high-quality magnesium supplement to support muscle function, nerve health, relaxation, and overall wellness, I would definitely recommend giving this one a try. Great quality ingredients and noticeable results.Ver másVer menos
