Amazon Renewed Pixel 10 Pro 2025, 128GB, Obsidian - Unlocked (Renewed) | Envi

Some Old Guy
Beautiful phone at bargain price!
I experienced some anxiety after ordering my phone, because so many other reviewers said that their phones weren't completely unlocked. I am happy to find that MY PHONE is truly "factory unlocked", not a Verizon or other carrier phone. Within about 90 minutes, I have GrapheneOS installed on the phone. Carrier unlocked, bootloader unlocked, everything just worked for me.Note the screenshot, with Google Play sandboxed - Google does NOT have unrestricted access to this phone any longer. Also note Niagara Launcher, replacing the "cluttered" look of most Android launchers. (I hate flipping between screens, searching for a silly icon - I much prefer a Rolodex style list of applications!)The phone is spotless. No scratches that I can find, no dents or dings, nothing. I've installed a quality screen protector and case, so if there were any scratches, I would never see them anyway. The phone looked pristine when I opened the box, and it should stay that way.Checking the battery, it appears that it has been charged fifteen times since leaving the factory. Excellent battery!I have some work to do, setting the phone up just like I want it, but I feel like I got a "new" phone for little more than half price. Amazon Renewed products have been good to me!Ver másVer menos

Brand new phone but locked to Verizon
A practically new phone (no scratches/dents, 100% BH) but essentially useless as it was locked to Verizon. Verizon support was unable to help me and asked me to contact the original seller as they cannot verify that this device belongs to me.I had seen the mixed reviews around the unlocking status but decided to try it out as I felt it absurd that Amazon is allowing a seller to list a phone as Unlocked which it isn't. I was proven wrong - the phone is locked and essentially useless at being a phone. I will be returning this tomorrow, an utter waste of time.Ver másVer menos

Not actually locked by verizon, great phone
long story short: people said it may not be unlocked, i got it thought it was locked by verizon, due to the contact verizon screen that pops up when you select setup eSIM, turns out if you click the transfer a sim from another device option it just works. im on att, data, calls & text all work. other than the slight annoyance that i mightve bought a carrier locked phone this is a great deal and in great shape, not a single mark on the device and checking the battery health settings its at 100% so i basically got a brand new pixel at 40% off retail price. good cameras, good battery life, anti-smear coating on the screen so i dont see smudges and the most software features i have seen given exclusively to a device.Ver másVer menos

I got a new phone.
My phone arrived two days ahead of promised delivery. It looks and functions as new. Came in a small box that was taped, so it felt like a classic unboxing, and it was bubble wrapped inside and came with a charging cable. Nothing to complain about here.

Not unlocked, terrible return process
I read the reviews before ordering and saw people complaining about the phones not actually being carrier unlocked. I assumed it was just some misunderstanding, user error, etc. Actually they were completely in the right. I ordered a Pixel 10 Pro 128GB explicitly described as being carrier unlocked and intended to install GraphneOS on it. After fiddling with it for a while I could not get "OEM Unlocking" (not the same thing as a carrier lock, but related to it) to enable in the developer menu. After fighting with it for hours I finally thought to run the IMEI number and what do you know, it's not actually carrier unlocked in the first place. It's a Verizon model, and Verizon models are the only ones that will never allow OEM Unlocking to be enabled on the device.Okay, that's very frustrating, but I'll just return it and figure something else out. I'd also seen reviews mentioning that Amazon would not issue refunds for over a month after the return was completed. Again, I just assumed that these were special cases since I return things to Amazon all the time and get account credit the same day. Once again, no, those reviewers were completely correct. Now I have to float a $700 loan to Amazon for four to five weeks while they process my return.I would have just written it off as bad luck on my part if it wasn't for all of the other reviewers justifiably complaining about the same exact thing happening to them. It would seem as if this seller (in my case it was SYSTEM WIRELESS) just doesn't do any kind of sorting and ships whatever device they have on hand regardless of whether it's accurate to the website or not and Amazon has no intention of either banning them as a seller or making things right for the buyers.Ver másVer menos
