Value for your money
I am thoroughly impressed with my recent laptop purchase from Amazon. The device has exceeded my expectations in terms of performance, battery life, and overall user experience. The display is clear and vibrant, making it perfect for work and entertainment. I highly recommend this laptop to anyone in the market for a reliable and efficient device.Ver másVer menos

Didn't work
The laptop worked fine the first day. I took it to a 3-day class and during that time it started glitching and acting unreliable. Since this was a renewed device, we contacted the seller to exchange it because I still needed the computer for work and class.Instead of sending a replacement, they had us return it and simply refunded the money. While I appreciate the refund, it wasn’t ideal since I needed a working laptop quickly and expected a swap, not just a return. This may be a good laptop when it works, but based on my experience, quality control on renewed units seems hit or miss. If you need something dependable for business or school right away, keep this in mind.Ver másVer menos

Worth the $
Laptop arrived earlier than originally scheduled and in great condition. No noticeable blemishes found. The internal speakers do not work but I use blue tooth headset so no big deal. The backlit keyboard doesn't light though. That's a bit of a bummer but I can easily replace it. Everything else appears to be functioning perfectly. I have to take off one star for the keyboard.Ver másVer menos

Poor Quality
All 3 computers ordered came with faulty internal batteries (Battery 1). Luckily, we have some retired laptops on hand that we were able to pull batteries from and replace the faulty batteries. Two of the 3 computers ordered shells were not properly secured. While this is not a big deal, to an everyday user that wouldn't catch this, this could lead to a higher risk of something seeping into the internals if you weren't paying attention when setting this down. Operating system files were corrupt. had to repair each laptops OS install in order to set them up. 1 laptop RAM needed reseating before booting up. Overall poor experience when purchasing from this seller due to the condition of these laptops. Will make a note to avoid this seller in the future. the extra star above 1 comes from the shipping speed. Ordered and received in about 3 days.Ver másVer menos

Don't buy computer at Amazon.
Don't buy a computer at Amazon. The setup repeatedly froze at the same place. Let the computer charge it's battery overnight before I called support. Next morning during boot up a system message came up that the battery was not supported by that system. Could not boot past that error. Very disappointed.Ver másVer menos
