Surprisingly Great on Day One Mini Computer
I bought this to serve a specific purpose and, for what it is and how I use it, I had doubts but it has turned out to be a fantastic mini-computer. I have a Netgear router that has neededconstant security updates, it was failing the usb port, specifically readyshare. GMKtec is now working as an NAS and is working great. No stalling, very snappy changed a couple of bios settings and use it as a headless computer through RDP... 2 usb3.2 ports usb1. 1 and a usbc, all work perfect. Comes with Windows 11 pro build 24H2 not loaded with bloatware. 2.5gbps ethernet port and is sporting a Ryzen 3200 under the hood. 16gb of ddr4 ram, 512gb nvme... It has enough room to run just about anything that runs on Windows 11. A note to go to the AMD website to get the chipset drivers or Windows will stall during the initial updates, you can start without them and once you run the drivers, just do normal windows updates. A note on cooling, bump the fan up in bios, the processor hoverd around 42c under 50% load, nvme ssd around 39c under 85% load. Good little workhorse! I will be buying several more of these!Ver másVer menos
