This guide, along with the videos, are the PERFECT way to learn what you need to for the PMP. I've been a PM for a long time and decided to get my PMP. I was impressed with the content and actually learned things that I didn't know. It also helped in connecting the dots for PMI.Ver másVer menos

No… the pages are correct.
Several other reviewers have picked up on the fact that the last page in this book is numbered 294 rather than 416.Had those reviewers refrained from returning the book long enough to flip through it (or indeed, read the cover) they would discover that this discrepancy is because this book actually contains two separately numbered works:- The Standard for Project Management which is numbered 1-81 and- The actual PMBOK guide, numbered 1-294The 416 page figure comprises these two works as well as the preface, table of contents, copyright pages, and a few blank sheets of paper thrown in for good measure.I cannot speak to the content of the book itself, as I opted to prioritize writing this review over actually reading anything. That said, with my frustration quelled I may return to provide a proper review at some point in the future.Ver másVer menos

Ai-generated redundant nonsense
There are definitely large portions of this book that are written by AI. It's repetitive, mind-numbing, and not insightful at all. Here is a direct quote from page 124 of "A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge" -"Issues log. An issue log is a project document where information about issues is recorded and monitored."There are so many instances of both books "defining" extremely self explanatory phrases. I think it defines "Scope" no less than 4 times in the first of the two "books". I've spent a lot of time with this horrible book so far and it's clear the reviews are full of botw, because anyone with half a brain reading this book would instantly clock it as 75% ai-slop. Don't waste your time like I have, find a different way to study for the PMP.Ver másVer menos

Easy read and well structured
The PMBOK Guide was an easy read, with a clear structure and seamless progression between chapters. The material is organized in a way that reinforces understanding without unnecessary complexity. Overall, it provided a solid foundation and left me well prepared for the PMP exam.Ver másVer menos
