  Arthritis friendly

Easy to put on and take off even with arthritis in my hands. Once on my ankles, I don't notice them very much, so they are a good addition to my routine. Sturdy and well made.

  Great Ankle or Wrist Weights

These weights are great they can go around your wrist or ankles and stay on, great Velcro straps that feel durable, would recommend if your looking for some wrist/ankle weights to start with plus their adjustable also!
