Very nice pack. It has very little storage space. Maybe a granola bar or 2. Fits my 14yo son great

Excellent bag. The tube pocket is convenient. Too bad there's not more space in the extra compartment.

Did my spartan race and this kept my hydration drink cool the whole day. It has a small pocket rhat I could put a few snacks in as well.
