  Let me start by saying this is my 6th (SIXTH) smart ring purchase and I finally found one that is absolutely accurate! This matches my Galaxy7 smartwatch on every level. Sleep is spot on and it doesn't "over count" steps with every single hand movement. It holds a charge for more than 7 days which i love since my Galaxy7 watch can't hold a charge for more than 24 hrs and neither could any of the 5 rings I purchaed before this one! I am so impressed with this little ring and for the price point, it can't be beat! As someone who has singlehandedly tried so many of these, this is worth every penny and then some.Ver másVer menos

  A daily must have

  This is very useful. If you have every feature turns on it drains the battery very quickly but you don’t need them all at the same time. I track my sleep, temperature and heart rate and only need to charge it every 4-5 days. It came in very handy when I recently developed a fever out of nowhere. I was able to keep track of my temperature and heart rate while I was asleep without my bulkier Apple Watch strapped around my wrist.Ver másVer menos

  I compared the heart rate monitoring to my Apple Watch and they both said 59 so that feature is accurate. Size up from your regular ring size, especially if you’re going to be active while wearing it because your fingers swell in exercise. It easily paired with my phone and can connect with the health app on iPhones. It held a 100% charge overnight while I wore it so I’m looking forward to not having to charge it every night like my Apple Watch. It also has menstrual tracking and it is accurate. The exercise tracking has more sport options than one person will probably ever need. In one of the pictures you can see through the rubber covers it comes with.Ver másVer menos

  Not too bad

  I really like the style and color of the ring. Also the app is very easy to use and tracks everything I need. however, the ring color started to chip a couple months after use.

  Stops tracking sleep/battery drains quickly

  I purchased this ring on June 19, and after only six weeks it has completely stopped tracking my sleep, which was the primary reason I bought it. I’ve tried all of the troubleshooting steps recommended by the manufacturer in the product guide, but nothing has fixed the issue.The battery life has also been disappointing. It definitely does not last the advertised 10 days. In my experience, it lasts only 2–3 days, depending on activity level.Overall, I’m very disappointed with this purchase.   Decent ring, but is it accurate?

  Went down a smart ring rabbit hole on TT and this one kept popping up as an amazing alternative to the stupid expensive rings.This ring is soooo lightweight, comfortable and fits really well. I bought the ring sizing kit ahead of time and it is accurate.I really wanted the gold but it was sold out for a while so I got the silver. It’s still a really beautiful ring, love the sparkly “glitter” detail. I thought that detail would’ve helped with disguising scratches, and it does!Functionality: works well. The app is FREE. It’s easy to use. Had to change all the metrics to US units. I have it checking all the vital stuff every hour instead of every 30 min which seems to help with battery.I would not say the battery lasts as long as some say it does. Especially if you’re using it to track everything including work outs. I’d say I can get maybe 3 full days (72) hours before I need to charge it.Step count cannot be accurate. Comparing it to my watch, there’s no way I get that many steps. It’s a ring, your hands are moving more than your feet during the day so I wouldn’t say that’s accurate AT ALL.Body temp: this was the main reason I got the R10 version because the R02 didn’t track temp. Is it accurate? Maybe? I get hot flashes and night sweats and it’s still showing me that my body temp is steady the same.Stress levels: Reason#2 I bought this. not sure if this is accurate either. I’m guessing they’re measuring this off of heart rate? Which my heart rate is normally a little lower so I’m not seeing that this is a great feature either.Sleep detection: this is probably the main reason I will keep the ring. It is telling me the quality of sleep I’m getting and how much. This helps a lot. I won’t wear my watch to bed. I think that sleep tracking and heart rate may be the most reliable features on this ring. Other than that, I would’ve gotten the cheaper version to save myself the extra $20.Overall: decent ring for the cheaper cost. Still not convinced I needed the more expensive version for body temp.
