Gntl Skinwash smells SO GOOD!!!

I recently started using this skin wash, and the scent is addictive! It's so fresh and clean smelling... Buy it, try it, and you'll smell what I'm talking about!!!

Overall Win!

I ordered this cleanser on a whim and was not disappointed! It smells wonderful. A very fresh and natural scent. It doesn’t lean too floral, too musky or too sweet. Making it perfect for everyone. I have very high standards for the gentleness of my cleansers and this one kept my skin soft, clean and didn’t cause any cracking or dryness. I love that it’s an all in one wash, making it perfect for travel so I don’t have to take multiple bottles of cleansers! Overall a total win.Ver más

smell is amazinggg!

wow! This little soap packs a serious punch. It smells like a really expensive hotel, probably the best smelling soap with the clearest scent notes that I've smelled in awhile. Feels great on the skin & doesn't dry me out. Can't wait to bring this with me on my trip!! Packaging feels nice too. Glad I made the purchase :)Ver más

Gentle skin care that lives up to its name

I’m reviewing the 500 mL bottle of Gntl, which is currently going for 30 USD. I think the biggest question on a potential buyer’s mind would be whether 500 mL of cleanser is worth 30 dollars. In short, this cleanser is definitely gentle on the skin, but it’s also definitely on the expensive side.DetailsGntl feels like a premium product. Inside of the paper box it arrives in, there is a flap with a hole cut out to secure the bottle in place (the hole being shaped to the bottle’s cap/neck) as well as another hole for the plastic pump assembly stored separately. The bottle is fully metal, and honestly quite solid. The product page mentions this bottle is meant to be reusable with refill pouches, though I don’t see it offered on Amazon yet. The pump has an open/closed twist setting which is nice, though probably not necessary for most that will just leave the bottle on a bathroom counter. Perhaps this is a consideration for preventing unintended dispensing when moving the bottle around the house for some reason. It may seem odd to spend so much time describing the packaging, but I’m just trying to convey how much better this presentation feels compared to the flimsy plastic bottles that you’d find most cleansers sold in.The instructions say to lather the cleanser in your hands before use, but it doesn’t really form much of a soapy lather. Rather, it’s a bit more on the thin side though not watery. It doesn’t seem to have a strong scent, maybe a weakly floral one or perhaps just the smell of its ingredients. I feel I’ve smelled similar scents from other body care products that are intended to be unscented, though I’m not familiar enough with the included cleansing compounds to know if I’m indeed smelling their natural scents.Following this product page’s Q&A section, I’ve been using Gntl skin wash primarily as a face wash for a few days. This is partially because I use bar soap for most of my cleaning (aside from the head/face), and partially because of the advice that doing so can make the bottle last longer. With Gntl over the last few days, my face has felt nothing but clean afterwards with no undesirable aftereffects like dryness or pain. If anything, I feel like my skin may be a bit firmer after use. I believe in the reasoning that if it’s safe and comfortable for the face, it’s safe for the rest of your skin, so I see no reason to doubt this could be an effective replacement for a general body wash.In the end, this really remains mostly a question of price. Gntl may work better for you than whatever cleanser you’re using now, but finding out via a $30 investment may be a bit steep.I’d suggest buying the 100 mL bottle to start (which is still steep at $12), and getting the 500 mL bottle for $30 if that works out for you. If it does work out well, and you do buy the 500 mL bottle, hopefully by the time you finish the 500 mL bottle the refill packs mentioned will be available on Amazon for you to continue using the cleanser at a possibly lower continued cost.

This one’s a keeper!

This has completely won me over. It lathers up really nicely, rinses clean with zero residue, and my skin doesn’t feel tight or dry afterward!!If you’re looking to simplify your routine without sacrificing skin quality, buy this!!
