OMG! I’ve been an athlete my whole life and I’m pretty strong still in my older years. This kicked my butt in all the good ways! I will be ripped in no time! I highly recommend this product! It’s hard but in all the best ways! I was impressed with the durability and sturdiness and quality of this product for the reasonable price! You can do many workouts with this! It’s easy to put up and down. Perfect size and weight and easy to store! I was also impressed with the foam padding! It’s thick and does not hurt my knees at all.Ver másVer menos

Perfect for home use!
I'm giving it 5 stars because it deserves it. I'm giving me 1 star because even on the lowest setting I can only do three crunches! The day I put it together I could only do one. I use it a few times a day to try and get used to it.It was very easy to put together. Even fighting my cats off of the small bits and retrieving one of the pads that a sneaky cat ran off with, I still had the whole thing assembled in about 30 min. Including chasing the cat. Instructions are clear and easy to understand.I currently have it on carpet and it's wobbly. Unfortunately I only have hard floors in the kitchen and bathrooms. None of those places is where I want it to be. I picked up a cheap scotch adhesive runner and that made it better. I don't feel like it's very stable but I think that is a me problem. I've never used an ab trainer before so I probably just need to get used to it.The dual track is awesome! It's smooth and glides nicely. I had originally ordered the wrong one, the single track and then ordered the right one. I gave the single to my cousin and she loves it but thinks the dual is easier to use.The pads for the knees/feet are a bit awkward and were pretty stiff. Maybe I have fat knees but it wasn't very comfortable until I used it several times.The mountain climber ability is fantastic and it's a good machine for a beginner or for someone, like me, that used to be very active and wants to get back to it.I love that I can use it at home without having to go anywhere. I am self-employed and kinda don't like people. So this is perfect for home use. Plenty of exercises you can do with this to target different areas.It does fold up to free up floor space. I leave mine out. If I fold it up and put it out of sight, that's where it'll stay. If you have discipline, you can pull one single pin and the machine folds down. That's a nice bonus!Overall, I think this is a great machine. It works just about everything everything. I have wrist weights that I wear when using the bands that were included. Great exercise machine that actually works
Love this machine, it was so easy to set up, that my 9 year old did it and now we are challenging each other on who can do more of the workouts. The machine lets you adjust the levels so you can start slow and work your way up to the harder settings. You can definitely feel the burn in your stomach, depending on what exercise you do you can feel it in different areas, like I didn’t even know I had those muscles. I would buy this machine again, it’s sturdy and not too bulky, shipping was fast too.Ver másVer menos

Awesome Ab Machine
I kept seeing the ads for this on my Facebook feed but I didn’t want to pay $159.99, so I waited for Prime Day. At $109.99, the price was right and thru Amazon where we have Protection.It was easy to assemble. And I would have to say I’m impressed so far. The rails are smooth and I love the curve. In 4 days I went from being able to sort of do 10 in a row to 25 in a row.My husband is wanting to use it, too, but hasn’t. He was using an ab wheel before but he likes the Merach.I’m looking forward to trying more exercises with this and glad I can work my abs better, as I cannot do a supine position for most exercises due to nausea issues.Being in a prone position with the Merach I have no nausea issues. So happy. I’m currently at the easiest level, the lowest, so I’m glad I have 2 more heights to work up to.I like the rails can be used independently. And the whole thing folds away easily. It really does work
Seen this all over the internet. I was skeptical at first thinking could this really work? I am amazed and I use it multiple times a day trying to work up to higher reps. I can feel my muscles in my stomach. I wish there were work out videos to go along with it. It’s very stable when I’m on it. Easy to use and assemble.The box was badly damaged in transit. Overall, I’m content with this ab machine, especially for the price. The packaging was good, and everything arrived well protected. Assembly was quick and easy.This is the first ab machine I’ve owned, so I can’t compare it to other brands, but it does exactly what I need it to do. It’s compact enough that it doesn’t take up much space, yet it’s sturdy enough to provide a good workout. I also like that the height is adjustable, allowing you to increase or decrease the difficulty.The padding is comfortable, although it doesn’t seem like it will hold up for years of heavy use. That said, this is one of the more affordable options, so I think the quality is reasonable for the price.The only issue I had was that one of the small pre-installed screws (pictured) was stripped, so I couldn’t tighten it any further. Fortunately, it hasn’t affected the machine’s performance so far.I also own several glute and leg machines, and based on my experience, I don’t see this machine providing much of a glute workout. I would recommend buying it primarily as an ab machine rather than expecting it to effectively target both muscle groups.Overall, if you’re looking for a budget-friendly ab machine that’s easy to assemble and gets the job done, I think this is a solid purchase.Ver másVer menos

Best customer service and product!
5 star customer service! There was a serious issue through fedex and somehow my package went "missing". Not only did they work with me in understanding that the carrier had messed up, but they went out their way to use another carrier to send the replace unit! Full communication the whole time. Once the unit arrived, assembly was simple and took maybe 10 minutes to set up. I am 5'2" and 180lbs. My fiance is 5'9" and 210lbs. Both of us were not only able to use the machine with ease or worry but the workout was satisfying and encouraging! We will definitely be adding more of their products to our at home gym setup! LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS MACHINE! I love that there are so many ways to use such simple gear to work so many parts of the body! I haven’t worked out my abs in a long while but on the easy mode I was able to get my knees lifted and have worked up to getting through 20 reps at a time before needing a pause. I love that I can put weights in the bottom parts as well to do leg workouts! This machine is the full package!!!!Ver másVer menos
