Comfortable, Secure and Protective
I've tried multiple mouth guards, and I can confidently declare this is the best one. I tried Plackers, but they made me gag. I tried Oral-B, but it's very difficult to pry out of its tray, and the part that protects the front teeth is thin and flimsy.On the other hand, Uniedi is easy to mold, it fits comfortably, it sticks securely to my upper teeth and it does the job of preventing grinding.My dentist told me that I was probably grinding my teeth, but I didn't decide that I really needed to do something until I noticed my jaw muscles were sore one morning. My dentist offered to mold a professional dental guard, but it was too expensive. I wanted to try an inexpensive solution first.The Uniedi package comes with two small and two large mouth guards. The small guard worked great for me. It's a shame to throw the large mouth guards away, but the price for the four guards is reasonable enough.But it's handy that the package comes with two small mouth guards, because it allowed me to experiment. My recommendation is to only bite into the hot mold lightly the first time. If you find that the mold is too thick, you can reheat it. I bit too far into the first mold, and I found that it didn't allow my jaw to move around enough at night. On the second mold, I bit down more lightly, and it feels perfect.Ver másVer menos
