Wait 2-4 minutes for it to get tacky then use your finger to set the brow. Slide your finger up over the brow, press down firmly, hold for a few seconds and slide your finger up to uncover the brow. Don't lift your finger until it has cleared the entire brow to avoid lifting, shape w the attached comb/brush combo.
