As titled, basic tee (but better?)
I needed some new shirts after losing a little weight. I do not like most women cut tees, because they are either to tight in the somach area, have and odd cut that ends up looking boxy, or too tight in the chest and suck up in my armpits. This is a classic fit tee -- dare I say a mens fit? But that is what I prefer. I purchased a medium. I'm 5'4", about 130 lbs, maybe slightly larger on my top half currently sporting a larger C cup and don't really have a lot in the hips or trunk (guess I'm kinda straigh torsoed with a little bit of bust and belly). I like the way these fit. They are loose enough that they hide my post pregnancy flabby belly area, but tight enough to tell I still have a bust. I'm not drowning in this tee, yet it's not so tight I feel self concious about my aging body. I start developing the old lady tricep sag and the sleeves are long enough to fully cover it up. So a perfect fit for me. I was previously between 145-150lbs and my cup size was probably about D or DD then. If I were to purchase these at that weight, I would hav gone with the large. If feel like it still would have fit the same way at that size.In addition to the good fit, I like the fabric. I am tactile sensitive and some fabrics make my skin crawl (particularly if I have dry hands). These shirts are soft, smooth, and have a good weight. There is no pickiness to the fabric and it's not stiff like some thicker cotton shirts can be. I feel like it will be light enough and breathable enough on a hot day to not get super sweaty (but that is yet to be determined). I will be ordering a few more.My only complaint is that in the picture it looks like a brown, dusty pink and teal, but the "teal" shirt is actually a heathered blue. We can blame this on monitor color differences, but since the brown and pink are fairly accurate, I'd say that's not the issue. So, the blue is not my favorite color personally, but I think this fabric will work well as a blank for an HTV design. I'll update if that does not work out as expect.Ver másVer menos
