Best camera I've purchased!!!
Luna Camera is the best!! I feel so much safer now! My Ring camera wasn't catching any events that were happening! I looked at Wyze because I have one for inside but after researching the best option was clearly Luna! I even ordered 3 more cameras I'm making the full switch!So this Camera is amazing because it works great in a second story window! No other cameras brands do that! It sticks well to the window! Installing it took seconds! All the other cameras I have set up took forever and I'd get so frustrated!I love the app its easy to navigate and the events page is set up very nicely!I did get the camera to do SD recording and not get a subscription but I decided I wanted the subscription it's an affordable monthly or yearly fee and I love the features that come with it!I have had zero issues with connection! The camera video is crystal clear even with the window having a screen! It's stayed up and running since I've plugged it in!I had a very scary incident happen outside my house and my original camera didn't catch it! I lost so much sleep trying to stay up and watch the cameras for nights!! But now I sleep like a baby knowing everyone in my house is safe! The cars are safe and my property is safe!!Ver másVer menos

Great quality!
So I've only had this camera for one day but both me and my husband are beyond impressed!Not only was set up easy, the clarity is out of this world. There's a feature thats called events and it literally described my husband l,what he was wearing on his shirt (literally the text on his shirt) it said someone was walking past our fence near a gray dog.. the descriptions are fantastic! The night vision is out of this world! My only complaint was I had a question and I went to chat with customer service and they didn't respond until almost 3 hours later. We're definitely purchasing another one of these cameras! I will update next month. PS there is a subscription the cheapest one is $6.99 a month and the most expensive one is $14.99 a month which to me is worth it!Ver másVer menos

Great Window Security Camera!
The Luna 3MP 2K Window Camera exceeded my expectations. The video quality is crystal clear, the color night vision works great, and the AI motion alerts are accurate and helpful. Installation was incredibly easy with the stick-on window mount, and the Wi-Fi 6 connection is fast and reliable. DON'T BUY THIS! WE RETURNED OURS!
No, we would not recommend this to anyone! So, the description stated that you didn't have to have to pay for the upgrade to use the camera and that the app was free, but we didn't find that to be the case. You can download the app for free, but you can't see anything without paying for the premium. I kept having connectivity issues and it would send you an alert that movement was detected, but you could not pull anything up on your phone to be able to see what the movement was or if there was any kind of dangers or issues. So, we returned the camera because we didn't want a camera that meant we couldn't use it without a monthly premium charge and we didn't even get the offer to try the premium app for a month to know if we would want to keep it. I didn't want to risk paying for it and then not liking the service and being unable to get a refund. Hope this helps you make a decision about if this is something you want or not. You have no storage without the premium subscription, it was not easy to use without a premium subscription and it was not reliable for security as you can't see anything without the premium subscription.Ver másVer menos

Inconsistent/app issues.
I bought the two pack of these and I’m really impressed with the quality of the camera itself. One of them works nearly flawlessly however the other one not so much. After about six months, there is now a purple hue showing through it. They do seem to do frequent updates to the app, however, lately my cameras seem to randomly disconnect and in some cases I have to delete it from the app and go out and reset the whole thing. (Fortunately, with the Bluetooth feature, it is an easier process) Because of this I will not be renewing my subscription with them and will be looking for alternatives. I have also recently noticed it does not pick everything up. In one instance there was two firetrucks and an ambulance on my street for 30 minutes right in front of my house and it didn’t pick any of it up. Not even the medics/firemen walking around, so it was like the whole event never even happened. This is strange because it will sometimes pick cars coming down the street over 100 yards away and even note the color, so the cameras are very inconsistent. This is a shame because I have five different cameras that I will have to replace and remount new ones. Personally, I think most of the problems have to do with the app and not the hardware other than the color issue on one of them.Ver másVer menos
