They go everywhere
I’ve really enjoyed these bands. I’ve used them just about everyday with no issues. I take them to work and they’ve been on vacations with me to continue my fitness. Nice thickness while still rolling up well

Excellent quality bands
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Quality and Great Value!I was pleasantly surprised by how durable and well-made these resistance bands are. The different resistance levels make them perfect whether you’re just getting started or looking to add more challenge to your workouts. I’ve used them for pull-up assistance, stretching, warm-ups, and strength training, and they’ve held up great with no signs of wear. They’re easy to take anywhere, so I can get a workout in at home, the gym, or while traveling. For the price, this set is hard to beat. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a versatile, high-quality resistance band set.Ver másVer menos

Great Variety for Home Workouts
I really like having five different resistance levels in one set. It makes it easy to start with lighter resistance for warm-ups and gradually move to heavier bands as the workout gets more challenging. The bands are versatile enough for different exercises, stretching, strength training, and lower-body workouts.Ver másVer menos

The most important part is to learn how to use them.

Great Price, Works Well, but Not A Lot of Elasticity
Best price for resistance bands that I could find. They have good resistance and the thickness is good. I use them for my home made vertimax and for bands that pull you back down they are comfortable for the situation. They are good size and work for lots of things. The one downside of it is that the elasticity is not a lot and you cant really stretch them out far besides that they are good.Ver másVer menos
