Amazing Multivitamin that Truly Feels Like an Upgrade for Your Body
I’ve been taking the Seed DM 02 Daily Multivitamin for a while now and I can confidently say this is one of the best multivitamins I have ever used. The packaging feels high quality and the green jar looks sleek and clean on my counter. It has a very premium look and feel which already sets the tone for a good experience.Once I started taking it consistently, I noticed a real difference in my energy. It was not the overwhelmed or jittery kind of energy but a steady and natural feeling of being more awake and balanced throughout the day. I also feel like my immune system has been stronger because I have not had that run down or drained feeling that usually hits me when life gets busy. One thing I appreciate is that this multivitamin fills nutrient gaps without upsetting my stomach. I can take it with food or even on an empty stomach and I never feel any discomfort which is something I struggled with when trying other brands. The capsule is smooth and easy to swallow and it works well with my routine.Another benefit I noticed is the way my hair, skin and nails started looking healthier. My skin appears more hydrated and even. My nails are not breaking as often and my hair has a subtle shine that feels more natural. It is not an overnight transformation but the improvement becomes clear when you stay consistent.I also feel good taking it because Seed uses clean and high quality vitamins and minerals. There is no strange aftertaste and no unnecessary ingredients. Everything feels very thoughtful and intentional which makes the product feel trustworthy.Overall this multivitamin has become an essential part of my daily routine. It supports my energy, immune system, and overall wellness in a gentle yet effective way. If you are looking for a reliable supplement that actually makes a difference, this is definitely one I would recommend. I will continue purchasing it because it truly works for me.Ver másVer menos

Great Product, Great Price
I have been taking these for near a month now and I think they are great. It took a couple of weeks for my body to adjust to them. I do not experience side effects and the probiotics are amazing for my regularity. The pill size is ok considering it has a small biotic capsule inside it. It is a good value for the money if you research prices and quality. I have noticed that I sleep better since taking these. I sleep longer and more soundly.Ver másVer menos

A great multivitamin for daily use.
Easy to take, didn’t cause any discomfort, and I love that it’s vegan, non-GMO, and free from synthetic coatings. Perfect if you’re looking to cover basic nutrients in a practical way. It combines 20 essential vitamins and minerals with prebiotics and postbiotics for gut health. It provides 100% of the daily value to help fill nutritional gaps, supporting energy, immune health, bone health, hair, and skin. I was very impressed to learn that it uses capsule-in-capsule technology designed to nourish both the body and the gut microbiome at the same time. If you’re thinking about adding a daily supplement, you’ll love these.Ver másVer menos

No-Nonsense Multivitamin That Feels Easy on the Body!
I started taking Seed DM-02 as a daily multivitamin because I wanted something to help fill nutrient gaps without megadoses or stomach discomfort. From the start, it felt very intentional and well designed. One capsule a day is simple, and I like that it’s vegan and focused on bioavailable forms rather than excess. After consistent use, I noticed my energy felt more steady throughout the day, not a jolt or buzz, just a balanced baseline. It also sits well on my stomach when taken with food, which has been an issue for me with other multivitamins in the past. I appreciate that this is formulated for both the body and the microbiome, which makes it feel more foundational than flashy. This doesn’t feel like a supplement you “feel” immediately, but more like one you trust is quietly doing its job over time. For me, that’s exactly what I want in a daily multivitamin.Ver másVer menos

Gross, but I’ll keep trying it because they are scientifically backed.
Horrible smell, horrible tasting burps.I did some research to see what it is that makes this vitamin so awful because it’s really a small pill with so many ingredients. I figured it would be easy on the stomach and easy to tolerate.Looking at the label, there are three very likely culprits working together to create a strong, almost rancid odor:1. The “Cellular Energy Complex”Contains:• Coenzyme Q10 (Ubiquinone) and PQQ (pyrroloquinoline quinone) — both are notoriously pungent. When encapsulated in lipids (as they are here), they can smell fishy or plasticky if exposed to even a little moisture or heat.• Spermidine trihydrochloride, a real compound (from wheat germ or natto) whose name says it all. It’s a polyamine that supports cell renewal but has a strong, putrid odor even in trace amounts. Most supplement companies use microdoses because of the smell. That combination alone can make a bottle smell like sour plastic or rotten soybeans.2. The “Microbiome-Modulating Prebiotic”Contains:• Japanese wasabi extract (rich in isothiocyanates; same compounds that make horseradish burn your sinuses).• Japanese pagoda tree extract (95 % quercetin, which oxidizes quickly and produces a bitter, metallic taste).Once air or humidity hits this blend, it can smell sharp, sulfuric, and leave a bitter aftertaste that lingers.3. Mineral Chelates (TRAACS® forms)Zinc, copper, and manganese in amino-acid chelate form (like bisglycinate or citrate) are stable but can still give off a metallic, sour, or earthy odor, especially when combined with sulfur-bearing vitamins (B1, selenium, etc.). The chelates also can taste awful if the capsule dissolves even slightly before swallowing. So what’s probably happening• The capsule-in-capsule design traps volatile odors inside, but once opened repeatedly, the inner components (spermidine + wasabi extract + trace minerals) vent a sulfuric/chemical smell.• That smell seeps into the vegan capsule wall (hypromellose), so even clean capsules start tasting foul.• When swallowed, those volatile sulfur and amine compounds rise up the throat and create that after-burp taste that feels like chemicals or spoiled soy.The bottle was sealed and there is a moisture packet, so I doubt the smell is due to moisture. When swallowed with milk, and taken with yogurt, cold rice and butter, there is no aftertaste or burps. I won’t take this with a light meal or with water. I take one star for the smell, and what seems like excessive packaging.I’ve only taken 2, I’ll update if I take the whole 30 days. I am hopeful.***Update*** Did not finish. I think this vitamin is too low dose to justify the price and smell. It’s really designed to just get you over the edge of deficiency in each area. No thank you. I appreciate the high quality form of the ingredients but it’s just not tolerable.

Comprehensive Daily Multivitamin — High Hopes for Balanced Nutrition and Wellness
Looking for a dependable daily multivitamin that covers a broad spectrum of nutrients — and this one certainly seems to aim for that. The formula promises essential vitamins and minerals, which gives confidence in its potential to support overall health, energy, and well-being.I also appreciate that it doesn’t have an overwhelming taste — easy to take, which is a big plus for daily use. When it comes to value for money, it feels like you’re paying for a well-thought-out formulation rather than a basic multivitamin, which makes it seem worth the investment. While supplements alone aren’t a magic solution for weight loss, products that support metabolism, energy, and balanced nutrition can be an encouraging element in a wellness journey. This one gives a good impression and seems like it could be a valuable part of a healthy routine.Ver másVer menos
