Great value, great resolution and performance, don't rely on the internal speakers, they stink.
Speakers stink, but in all other aspects this is great! Despite speakers, for the value & video performance this is a 5-star. Does have a faint blue light that stays on, on the back of the monitor, haven't played around with settings to see if I can turn it off. Combined it with 27" Sceptre 1920x1080 as a secondary monitor (its speakers also suck) and loving this set up for my CAD workstation. Plenty of real-estate on the 34" for CAD applications. 34" on left in photos (even though CAD onscreen is shown on the 27", did that for the 27" review...). Monitor arms are the EGear Dual Monitor 13"-34" EGCM13W... had to raise 27" to only 2 holes as shown in photos to get that horizontal alignment, will make a mounting bracket to support 27" monitor...soon.. but this is working for now.Ver másVer menos

A Great Ultra Wide Computer Monitor If You Are On a Budget!
I was a bit skeptical when I purchased this ultra-wide monitor. In particular since it has a VA panel and that it is so affordable. Another concern I had was the stand. It looks a bit unstable in the product photo. The unit comes with everything you need to get it up and running, including a screw driver to install the monitor stand. It has two HDMI inputs, two Display Port inputs, and a 3.5 mm audio output. Most monitors have just three video inputs, so the extra input was a bonus. The adjustment and power buttons are well placed on the lower right back side. The bezel is thin and seamless with the logo located on the bottom. It has a VESA mount so that you may install the monitor to a monitor arm. I used the stand that it came with. The stand turned out to be very stable. I was surprised to see that it is metallic and not plastic. When I powered up the monitor, I noticed the backlight was bright, and the black levels were a bit washed out. Most of my time is spent coding, so one of the first things I did was to use MS Visual Studio Code. I have the theme set to dark. So, the editor has white / colored text on a dark background. At first, the dark background appeared washed out. I ended up adjusting the backlight, brightness, gamma and color settings on the monitor. With a little tweaking, I was able to adjust the display and get it well within my tolerances. I highly recommend doing this! The colors are reasonably vibrant without ghosting or other artifacts. You can play games at full resolution with no problems. It supports up to 115 Hz vertical refresh rate, so if you need ultra response times, this should hold you over. Movies also look very nice. Compared to my LG ultra wide monitor, the LG wins, but it costs 50% more. As others have mentioned, the built in speakers are horrible. You will need a set of external speakers or use headphones with this monitor. All things told, if you are on a budget and you don’t mind using external speakers and adjusting the visual settings, this is a great bargain. As always, time will tell how it holds up. Great Buy!
This is an awesome monitor! Great graphics, easy set up, came well packed. The only reason I give it a 4 star rating is the SOUND! It's soooo bad. Sounds like it's coming from a tin can. Luckily I don't use sound on my computer very often and am about to shop for a speaker. Well worth the money!Ver másVer menos

I got this for week because I could use dual monitors for work. This is perfect to use instead. I love the amount of space I have to work with. Great monitor!

Excellent quality image, great price.
Xtra wide, excellent video quality, flicker free at the 115hz frequency with a bright clear image. I also have a roku and amazon fire stick plugged in.Needs a mini soundbar as the speakers are very tiny and produce poor sound. I rate it a 5 on video quality and video imputs, as I knew when I bought it I'd pair it with a auxiliary speaker system.Ver másVer menos

Really bad quality. Do not buy.
Do not buy.A large black mark appeared at the center of the screen that runs from top to bottom. It was not caused by any damage.The performance is great, but it can damage easily. Avoid this one.
