A great set of sockets in a very efficient case
Most of the socket sets I've seen come with terrible cases, no case, or a huge bulky case. This one is about as efficient and compact as you can get. The metric and SAE cases are different colors, so once you figure out which is which, you will be able to grab the right one off the bat.This set comes with the 9 most commonly required medium-sized sockets that you'll need, ¼-¾". You'll need a different set if you want small or large sockets, and Klein doesn't make a set like that in this kind of case.And yes, it has only NINE sockets, even though it's a TEN piece set. The 10th piece is the ¼" impact adapter. Just be glad they don't count the case or the carabiner as pieces.With the carabiners removed, the metric and SAE socket sets fit side-by-side (barely) into one of the drawers of my Klein MODbox between two compartment dividers.The socket size is marked very clearly on the side of the socket, but you can't see that while it's in the case. The size is molded into the case as well, but it's fairly small and hard to see.The sockets are a bit hard to remove from the case, but that's better then them being too loose and having them randomly fall out. I'm not sure how well they will hold after using them regularly for several years.Ver másVer menos
