Display shows key metrics! As good as InBody!
I’ve been on an intense fitness journey for the past three years — losing 15 pounds while focusing on building substantial muscle mass. I’ve gone from lifting moderate weights twice a week to heavy lifting four times a week, with some cardio mixed in. My main goal has been changing body composition, not just losing weight, so I’ve tracked my progress closely through daily weigh-ins and periodic InBody scans. This GE smart scale has become a fantastic tool in that process. While smart scales may not be 100% accurate compared to professional body scans, consistency is what really matters — and using the same device over time keeps your progress reliable and trackable. What I love most about this scale is that it shows your weight, BMI, and body fat percentage right on the display — no need to always open the app. But if you do have your phone nearby, the app presents a full breakdown of metrics (body fat %, skeletal muscle mass, water, BMI, etc.) in a clean, easy-to-read, and well-organized format. Installation was quick, the app is intuitive, and the data is presented in a way that makes sense at a glance. At this point, I don’t feel the need to go for InBody scans as often because the scale provides everything I need to stay on track. And honestly — the scale tends to show slightly lower body fat than the InBody scan, so I’ll take that win!Overall, this scale is accurate enough to measure progress, easy to use, and a great value for anyone serious about fitness and body composition goals.Ver másVer menos
