  Strong but SO Effective — You Can Feel It Working!

  This version is definitely much stronger than the regular azelaic acid product, but in a good way. The micro-needle/spicule texture gives a noticeable tingling and stinging sensation when applied, especially at first, but I honestly feel like it helps the product absorb so much deeper into the skin.I have PCOS and struggle with hormonal acne and stubborn texture, and this has been really helpful for calming breakouts and making my skin look smoother overall. After using it consistently, I noticed less congestion, reduced redness, and my skin feels more refined.It’s definitely not a product I’d recommend if you want something super gentle because you can absolutely feel the spicules working, but that’s also what makes it feel so effective. I personally like that “active” feeling because it makes the treatment feel like it’s penetrating properly.I also noticed the rest of my skincare seems to absorb better afterward.   A Great Upgrade From 2,000 PPM

  I'd previously used medicube's Exosome Shot PDRN Pink Collagen 2,000 PPM Spicule, so I had a good idea of what to expect from spicules. Even so, I immediately noticed that the 7,500 PPM version has a much stronger prickly sensation. It definitely got my attention, but it never crossed into uncomfortable territory for me.The serum spreads easily, and I gently pat it into my skin rather than rubbing it around. I personally use it as a once-a-week regenerative treatment. After applying it, I follow with plenty of hydrating and barrier-supporting products, and my skin has been very happy with that routine.If you're completely new to spicules, I'd personally recommend starting with one of the lower-strength versions before jumping to a 7,500 PPM formula. Building up gradually may make the experience much more enjoyable.Everyone's skin is different, but despite seeing reviews mentioning stinging or discomfort, that wasn't my experience. I could absolutely feel the spicules, but my skin tolerated them well. Overall, I found this to be a unique and enjoyable addition to my routine.Ver másVer menos

  Great

  Love it, if you have never used it before, start with the lower number. Works great on my sensitive skin. Leaves it smooth and looking good.

  Holy!😮 so this is my first time using this product and I’ll warn you to run in slowly it kinda hurts 😅 I also got the 7500 so maybe start small. You can literally feel the little mock whatever scoring your face but when you put on product after you can feel the difference and the moisturize is 100% absorbing better.Will be buying this again.   Good product at a great price

  This does tingle a little bit when I apply it but it is working. I was previously using the 2,000 exosome version and that didn’t do much. This does feel like it’s working and I notice less redness. It’s not sticky and doesn’t dry my skin out.

  Glass skin

  I've been using this product as recommended for about 4 weeks. I will say this is very strong amount for beginners. I stuck it through and it was very painful at first, but you only need to use every 3 days. For only using for 4 weeks, I already have compliments saying I have glass skin.
