Super Smooth Scrolling, Accurate Pointing, Lightweight, Multiple Connection Options

I’m not a gamer and I got this mouse for basic desktop office applications. I did try a gaming mouse years ago on a friend’s PC years ago and really liked the higher performance over basic wired/wireless mice. This mouse ticks nearly every box I have for features and performance. It now replaces my Logitech 2.4Ghz wireless mouse. It features mouse selectable (right on the mouse) high dpi pointing, with super smooth and accurate scrolling – a huge step up from my old desktop mouse. This mouse can connect by any of the following methods: Bluetooth; 2.4 Ghz Wireless (receiver included); and USB cable (cable included). I tested all three methods and they work equally well. Also, the included USB cable is super lightweight. I’ve never seen a USB cable like this before. Because it’s so light, when you use it with the mouse, you won’t even know it’s wired because there’s so little resistance from the weight of the cable. Having this wired option available is extremely valuable if you’re on the road with your laptop and the mouse runs out of battery and you left the charger at home (or you didn’t want to bring it). The Bluetooth option is a great option because most newer PCs and laptops have built-in Bluetooth radios. This eliminates the need to waste a USB connection on a wireless plugin adapter. The 2.4Ghz wireless option is great for wireless connectivity with older PCs and laptops lacking built-in Bluetooth.I’m giving this mouse a highly deserved 5-star rating, but I’ve got a wish list for even more features. The battery in the mouse is built-in and not user-replaceable. No doubt it will last for several years. But eventually, even rechargeable batteries need to be replaced. I suggest the manufacturer consider using user-replaceable rechargeable AAA or AA batteries. I do understand that this will likely add weight to the mouse, so it might not be a good idea. An alternative would be to make the built-in battery easier to replace (i.e., attach it with screws and use a detachable plug cable). Also, I use the mouse left-handed. It would be nice to have an additional two buttons on the right side of the mouse with a switch under the mouse to switch between left and right-handed mode. Or instead of a switch, allow the four buttons to be reprogrammed so lefties can use the buttons on the right side with their thumb and deactivate the ones on the left side. I would also like an LED status light on the mouse letting me know when the battery is low and needs to be recharged. I don’t want to put the mouse in the charging cradle every time I’m not using it. I don’t think this is good for battery life. Besides, a single charge should last a long time. And finally, when the mouse is in the charging cradle, the height of both of them prevents me from closing my desktop keyboard/mouse drawer. This means I have to take the mouse out of the drawer to charge it. If the charging cradle could be decreased in height by 0.75 inches, I could close the drawer with the mouse attached to the cradle.Ver más
