  I love this feeder!

I bought this because we where going on vacation and I had no one to feed my outside cat. I can honestly say it was worth EVERY penny! The app was pretty straightforward in setting up. The camera worked like a charm and eased my worry about who i was feeding. BONUS.. I could also talk w my cat while he was eating or just chilling close by. Night vision worked great also, i was amazed at the quality of the coverage. The portion control was perfect for the schedule I set and I could actually add more remotely if needed. It holds enough food for well over a week of feeding for a single cat. I was also worried about the strays being able to knock it over, with the locking lid That was unlikely. It is a well made product and easy to clean. I will be using it for future trips outa town when needed. Best purchase for my cat thus far!! And a mental relief for this cat mama.Ver másVer menos

Sleep is well worth the price!

Well worth it to not be woken up to my nightstand items crashing to the floor when I sleep in 20 mins later than normal.• Set up was simple. Just read the instructions.• The app and device seem to work well.• Scheduled feedings are reliable and customizable. Can choose custom schedules based on day of week, time, portion size, and number of feedings per day.• Instruction booklet breaks down portion size for each feeding based on pet’s daily food intake. 6 grams = 1 portion• Can be used with plug, three D batteries, or both.• Connects to WiFi easily. Camera quality and mic is good. Can record and download photos or videos. Can talk to pet.• The feeder comes apart for easy cleaning.Ver másVer menos

  Best feeder

Love our automatic cat feeder, we have a small dog Maltese. It works great with portions and on time every day with schedules setting 2 meals a day. The customer service is amazing, quick response . Would recommend this product

Must buy for any cat owner!

Awesome product so far! Wish I had bought this sooner. No longer will he meow at me to feed him in the morning, I can give him a custom and consistent amount of food at scheduled times, watch him on camera and talk to him while at work or away on vacation! Easy to setup, app has some bad reviews but it works fine for me! Definitely worth the money and cheaper than other brands that essentially do the same thing.Ver másVer menos

Doesn’t work as a slow feeder but great customer service

This didn’t fit our needs and I am returning it. I wanted to leave this review to help people make an informed decision on future buys.First, it was easy to set up. I had no issues connecting it to our WiFi. The camera is very clear. The audio works fine. You can choose to set it to private semi easily which cuts the camera and microphone off. I did choose to do this because of privacy concerns but I like I could turn it on if we weren’t home to make sure he was fed or just to check in. I also messaged customer service asking about the machine while setting it up. They got back to me in a timely manner and their customer service was superb. I hate this won’t work for us because I love good customer service. Here are the things I did not like. He had surgery on his leg so he is on a pretty strict diet to ensure he doesn’t gain weight. I premeasure his food and put it in for each meal. This kept sending me notifications that it was low on food. I did find the setting to change it to once per hour but not how to turn that message off. The app works but I wish it were more user friendly. My second issue is we use automatic feeders for two reasons. We love knowing he will be fed if we are late getting home. The second reason is we use these as a slow feeder. He is an extremely fast eater which can cause him to throw up. Our old feeder you could just set a timer and it would shoot out a portion every minute or two. I thought this did the same because it did portions. If you choose multiple portions, it just keeps turning and distributing food. Eight portions came out in a minute or less. I didn’t think that was a big deal. I just was going to schedule it to do a portion one minute apart. Unfortunately, it only allows 15 portions to be scheduled. He only gets a half cup of food per meal and with 7 or 8 portions each meal, there was 4 portions left in the feeder. So I had to go back into the schedule and add a second portion to 4 of the scheduled distributions. That wasn’t ideal but it was working. However yesterday we had a storm and lost electricity and internet. The feeder did notify me it was offline, but it has a battery back up. His old feeder would still dispense food using the batteries if we lost power. This one did not. I am not sure what the batteries do because it didn’t work. And maybe it would if you have Internet but not electricity. But that was the deciding issue for me. It did notify me it’s offline but that doesn’t do you any good if you aren’t home. Luckily I was here, but I decided to return the feeder.Again, great customer service. The feeder is small which would have made it easy to travel with but I didn’t like the portion limit and it didn’t work without WiFi and electricity even though there were batteries.

  Amazing pet feeder

This pet feeder is amazing.I bought because I had to go out of town for a couple of days and my indoor/outdoor cat was going to be staying outside.Assembly was easy. You do need to download an app to use it. Set up on the app is easy as well, you will need to set up an account. It comes with a built-in camera that has great night vision. And a speaker to talk as well as listen. You can record from the app and take pictures as well as control how much food comes out. The app has the option to set up schedule feeds if your pet is use to that or you can log in and do it yourself by pressing a the feed button. As long as the device is connected to wifi and plugged in it works. It also has the option of running it with batteries, but I just had it connected to the outlet on our porch.I was able to call my cat and feed her with her being present and watch her eat while away from home. Now that I have returned from my trip, I brought it inside and its so easy to just feed her from anywhere in the house with the push of a button. It holds a pretty good amount of dry food.I would high recommended this pet feeder, great brand, camera works well, pairs easily with the app and does what it needs to do.Ver másVer menos
