Perfect implementation of a magnetic charger.
I wanted some magnetic puck chargers with removable cables, and these work perfectly. I don't know why so many of these come with permanently attached cables, but I wanted to use an appropriately sized cable for where I was using it. Next to my sofa, I'm using about a 4 foot cable, which is enough to pick my phone up and use it, and short enough to not make a mess on my side table. I've got a much longer cable next to my bed, so I can use my phone while it's charging without tugging on the cable. I really like that the back is textured, because it makes it easy to tell which way is "up" at night when I go to bed and can easily connect it without turning on any lights to see it. There's a light around the outside that lights up when you first plug it in, but it goes out quickly. To be honest, I don't even notice it. The magnet is strong enough to hold the phone, but weak enough to allow you to relatively easily slide the charger off. These were exactly what I wanted.Ver másVer menos

Works Perfectly.
This is my first set of magnetic chargers. I really like that I don't have to worry about them bending if I use my phone while it's charging. I should have paid more attention and realized that the cords are usb-c to usb-c which is only an issue when I'm not at home, but easily resolved. I loved them so much a bought a second set to use in my car and at work. Charges fast, dosent make my phone hot, cable is nice and thick, feels really well made. The disks are small but attach really strongly to the back of the phone.Ver másVer menos

Works as advertised
Ordered these because my phone's port died and the wireless charging pad that came with the phone was so slow I had to power off completely to get it to charge at all. I've been very happy with these so far. The magnet is strong enough that I don't have to worry about it falling off but not so strong that I have to pry it off, and the cooling vents on the back keep it from overheating. Obviously it's not as fast as charging via port, but it's fast enough that I can use the phone while it charges, which is what I needed. The LED strips are also a nice touch. They go on when the phone starts charging so I don't have to look at the display to make sure it's connected, then turn off after a few minutes, so the light doesn't keep me awake. Overall, very good value for the price.Ver másVer menos

Perfect solution for cars with non mag-safe chargers.
I have only had these for about a week. I specifically got them to mount in our cars that had console trays with wireless charging but as with most cars, these are NOT compatible with cases with mag chargers. If you try to use your car charging pad, be sure to remove your mag-safe case (with the magnetic ring). Otherwise, the ring and the phone may get very hot - not warm - VERY hot, which could destroy your battery. I got tired of having to take the case off the phone to charge it, so I used some Alien Tape to mount these where the cars pads are located. Beware: You can not place this charger on top of the car's factory charger unless you have the ability to turn the cars charging pad on or off. It has to be off. Otherwise your car will be trying charge the magnetic disc and again could result in overheating. Some cars have settings in the "Driver Convenience" settings to set the wireless charging to on or off. If your car has a USB charging port, make sure it comes on and off with the cars ignition. Also factory USB ports may NOT have enough power to "Fast Charge". I found some flush mount chargers that will mount in my cigarette lighters and still allow the factory "flip covers" to close so I don't have to try to find them when I need them and they are never in the way. The chargers can be higher wattage than what the pads need as the pads will only pull what they need. Gives you a lot of "headroom" which the means the cigarette lighter power supplies never even get warm. If anything changes in their performance, I will post a follow-up video. So far - Fast Charging on both our Apple and Samsung phones.Ver másVer menos
