Great for 3 year olds
My 3 year old absolutely loves taking these. She says they taste great and she calls them her night time gummies. Worth the price and she can take it on a full or empty stomach without it messing with her digestive system.

Get these
I use these since our daughter does not like vegetables. We have tried everything and nothing worked. Got these and we are doing great. She enjoys gummies. She likes the taste of these better than others we've tried.

I mostly ordered these specifically for the Shiitake mushroom benefits—it’s rare to find a delicious and quick to take supplement that packs that kind of immunity punch in such a tasty format. I'm glad I can't taste the mushroom either.100% passed the "kid in me" test. Usually, anything with "super greens" and mushrooms tastes like a lawnmower bag, but these are actually delicious and sugar-free.I’m already a huge fan of LILICARE supplements and use a variety of their gummy vitamins, so I had high expectations, and they definitely delivered. You get the probiotics, iron, and a full alphabet of vitamins without the struggle.I’d love for these to come in different colors and flavors to match the ingredients—like a green apple flavor for the greens or a red raspberry for the fruits. It would add that extra bit of fun to a kid's daily routine and might entice them to take these. Great for picky eaters, but taste may vary by kid
I got these mainly for my 4-year-old because getting actual vegetables into him is… a daily challenge. These have been a helpful backup for those days when meals don’t go as planned.What I really like is how much is packed into them—vitamins, greens, probiotics, even iron (which is hard to find in gummies). It gives me some peace of mind knowing he’s getting a little extra nutritional support.The texture is soft and easy to chew, which is important for younger kids. No issues there. Taste-wise, it’s been a mixed reaction in our house. One kid doesn’t mind them at all, but the other definitely notices the “greens” flavor. It’s not terrible, just not as candy-like as some other gummies.I also appreciate that they’re sugar-free, since we try to limit added sugar where we can. This has great ingredients, low odor. Helped improve moods.Overall, these are a solid option if you have picky eaters and want something more nutrient-dense than a basic vitamin. Fills a nutritional gap and tastes pretty good!
I love the idea of these and I am so glad I found these! I tried one, and so did my 5 year old. These probably taste about as good as they can given the ingredients! But you can definitely taste the greens and it is not my child's favorite vitamin from this brand as a result. (I appreciate that it has that taste though, which makes me feel like there really are greens in there!)I hate to say it but the color also makes these challenging for my child -- since it is green, he expects it to taste like greens and then it does -- I know that the whole point is to get the veggies in, and it would be impossible to change the color and taste further. I personally like the refreshing bright green and I hope he will eat them again! The color also makes them look like they should have an apple or grape flavor, so the blueberry is a little surprising. But not bad at all.I love the ingredients and that these really fill a gap for nutrients for my vegetarian (mostly vegan) child. This brand has become my go-to for so many vitamins, I love that their gummies actually taste good and do not have a lot of added sugar or bad fake sugars.They are usually vegan as well but I always check the label carefully to make sure. The only thing I am not sure about is the origin of the vitamin D, this particular bottle does not have a vegan label and I wonder if it is because of the D being from lanolin and not being from lichen.
