Stay Away! Completely USELESS laptop!!
I had nothing but problems with this laptop from the time I received it! Where do I begin? Firstly, the laptop kept shutting down on me while in use and would show me an error message along the lines of "Something went wrong and your laptop needs to restart". This would happen ~ every 20-60 minutes while in use. Secondly, the laptop would not install updates no matter what I tried! Thirdly, although I have One Drive, none of my documents would save to my cloud, and I would have to save new versions of my documents and upload them to my One Drive again and again. Lastly, while browsing the web, the pages kept freezing and I had to keep reloading the page!! I had my last HP laptop for 12 years with excellent performance and ZERO problems, so needless to say, I was very shocked and dismayed when I had this experience with this laptop. It performed like a refurbished laptop when I bought it brand new. I would NOT RECOMMEND this laptop whatsoever...stay away!! Read moreVer másVer menos

Make sure your comfortable with an offset keyboard
Easy set up right of the box. Comes with everything you need. I'm not a fan of the off set keyboard and I find the keys are a little awkward and require a firmer touch. I was disappointed there's no back lighting for the keys Read more
