Compact, Beautiful, and So Practical!
I absolutely love this Instant Pot! The 4-quart size is perfect for one or two people. It doesn't take up much space on my countertop, but it's still big enough to cook a full meal.Before this one, I used a 6-quart Instant Pot to make bone broth. It worked great, but I actually prefer this smaller size. Now I can make fresh, smaller batches two or three times a week instead of one big batch. For some reason, it just feels so much better, and I enjoy having freshly made broth more often.It's very easy to use, and I love how versatile it is. I've already used the pressure cooker, sauté, and slow cook functions, and everything has turned out great. The stainless steel inner pot is also very easy to clean, which is a big plus.It also looks really nice on the counter. The Sea Salt color is simple and modern, and the compact size makes it easy to store or move around if needed.If you're looking for an Instant Pot that doesn't take over your kitchen but still does everything you need, I highly recommend this one.
