  Tried this after using Body Armour Flash IV (sugar free) for a bit. I still like Flash IV but LMNT Lemonade is amazing for baseball tournaments or long, hot days outside.   Great stuff, repeat buyer.

  Love this stuff. Staying hydrated in Texas in Jun/Jul/Aug is a task and this makes it easy and flavorful. First time you may say too salty. Use 1/2 a pack to cut back on the robust taste. I am now a BIG fan of this Lemon and also the Watermelon flavors. Cheaper than what I was using, i.e., Blue Stripes Cacao Water. Both have needed eletrolytes, magnesium, etc.Ver másVer menos
