Dirt in my cell phone stopped it from charging like a toe tag, counted out like 1, 2, 3, a total DDT from Jake the Snake Roberts. I got the kit, started cleaning like Mr. Clean, and charging started happening like a volcano eruption. The tools were easy to use, cleaned the charging port well, and got all the packed-in lint and dirt out without any problems. Wait, what was in there?
I bought these because my USB-C plug on my iphone seemed really loose with any cord I was using. At first, I thought I would need to head to a repair shop and get a new plug installed in the phone. Before doing that, I decided to see if there was anything I couldn't see in there just in case. When they arrived, I was surprised how small they were and was confused where the accessories were or how to use them. I figured out that each one had both the bristles and the plastic hook, depending on which direction you slid the button. I first tried the nylon bristles, but they didn't find anything and bent quite easily. I was a little disappointed until I tried the plastic "hook". I rooted around and actually found quite a bit of lint packed deep in the plug. It didn't exactly solve the loose plug issue inherent with USB-C, but it improved it and actually allowed the cords to connect much more consistently. All in all, this was a pretty good value purchase and nice to have in a pinch.Ver másVer menos

Good product!
Husband phone port needing cleaning due to his job environment. It was clogged with dust and debris. This helped get it clean and charger is back working like new. This was a life saver!
