Refurbished - Good: iPhone 16e
Solid phone to replace my kid's iPhone 12. Been using the iPhone 12 since it came out, and it's definitely shown its age. Decided to take a chance on the renewed iPhone 16e. Got the "good" variant and I was expecting to have to hide tons of scratches in a case. Nope only one small deep scratch on the frame - maybe from a set of keys. Screen and battery were perfect. Went from physical to eSim with zero issue and transferred all her stuff seamlessly. Overall happy with my purchase. When my phone is ready for replacement, I'll look into a renewed phone again.Ver másVer menos

Truly Outstanding, TY Amazon
Bought this Amazon Renewed 16e toreplace my 2018 XR, which I crushed a few days ago when I fell during a run. I paid $360 for “Excellent,” and it truly is. It arrived today, absolutely ZERO blemishes, completely as new, and battery life is at 100%. Amazing.I’m not a phone enthusiast, just text, calls, stream, surf, music and the occasional pic. XR was still fine for this, but 16e so much better.What I notice right away: screen dramatically brighter, sound better, much faster loading speed, and USB-C charging. Aesthetically also an improvement, 16e looks like classic IPhone design whereas XR looked somewhat Android-ish.Bottom line, very pleased. Won’t replace until maybe 2032😂Ver másVer menos

Save money and still get phone that is essentially new
No issues so far, excellent quality as stated, basically new and works great, absolutely worth it vs paying over $600 for a new one

Payed Refurbished prices for brand new!
Love my new 16e. Came in near perfect condition, only 38 charging cycles, 100% battery health. No scratches in the screen or back glass, all buttons work perfectly, no issues at all. I wish it was a bit brighter but it gets the job done and it’s simply a phone thing.Ver másVer menos

You're not buying a new phone
Overall, the phone is in great condition. It came with a standard off-brand charger, but I just bought an Apple one instead. My only complaint is that I ordered the premium option with no scratches or cracks on the front. There is a small hairline crack on the front, but it isn't really noticeable when using it. Besides that, I'm happy with the phone and price.Ver másVer menos

Amazon renewed worth the money
Got a renewed 16e and upgraded my iPhone 11. iPhone made it super easy and TWIGBY mobile moved my number. The new phone was in excellent condition and I couldn’t be happier for spending just a few hundred dollars. And I will be sending my old phone in for a rebate. Definitely recommendVer másVer menos

Solid Phone, Frustrating Trade-Offs at This Price
I wanted to love this thing. A renewed iPhone 16e at a discount felt like a smart move, modern iOS, A18 chip, USB-C, IP68, the whole package. I talked myself into it. Then I actually used it.The performance is genuinely good. The A18 is fast, apps snap open, and Apple Intelligence works as advertised. Battery life impressed me more than I expected, easily a full day and then some with room to spare. The 6.1-inch OLED display looks great indoors.The camera is where things got real. One lens. Just one. No ultrawide, no macro, no nothing extra. At this price point, even budget Android phones ship with three cameras. Apple made a deliberate choice here and buyers should understand what they are signing up for before clicking add to cart.The design quirks pile up fast. No MagSafe (just standard slow wireless charging), no Dynamic Island, a 60Hz display, and a notch that looks lifted straight from an iPhone 14. The phone also arrived eSIM only, which tripped me up during setup if your carrier or workflow is not ready for that.Cosmetically, the renewed unit was clean and showed no real wear, so no complaints there. The Amazon Renewed program handled the process fine.Ultimately I returned it. Not because it is a bad phone, but because the gap between what this costs and what you actually get compared to a used iPhone 16 is just not wide enough to justify the trade-offs. I purchased from Gadget Deals for $668.74 CAD and I could not be happier! The phone I received is basically brand new, with its first usage in December 2025! (Only 3 months ago?!)Retail price for this model on the Apple website is $899 CAD, so I saved over $200!It arrived with 100% battery health, no Parts and Service History, the original braided USB-C to USB-C Apple charger, charging cycle count of 0, and it’s completely clean and dust free.Phone came unlocked and fully compatible with Public Mobile eSIM. This is my first eSIM only phone and it was easy to install after setup, and took less than 5 minutes!All I can say about this iPhone that deviated from a brand new one from Apple would be:that it didn’t come in the original Apple packaging (I wasn’t expecting it to), it had some light surface level scratches on the screen (which completely disappeared after my glass screen protector was installed), and when I turned it on for the first time it was ~50% charged.I am beyond pleased with this renewed phone! Great condition
Guys, it was not clear in the description, I know it says excellent but mine came more than excellent. It looks like a new screen and new battery, it says 100% health and 0 cycles. If you are thinking about it, just do it. And it's minimalistic as I wanted. I was doubting between this and the 15 pro, you all know the big debate on social media, but I went for this newer processor and definitely am not regretting it. Great battery, good performance, and it does the job. I am not a content creator or photographer, but the camera does the job well. Also, it's under Apple warranty for 1 year with Apple.Ver másVer menos

its like a new iPhone for half the price!
Came packaged nicely, the phone had only 80 battery cycles, and 100 percent health on the battery, phone looked brand new, would recommend.
