Perfect Green/Purple Color Shift 🤤 Nice Basic Level Protection

EDIT:The slight wiggle of the joycon cover was getting on my nerves so I decided to add the button overlays and I’m so glad I did. The fit is perfect and the case is much more snug. Definitely recommend installing the entire thing as intended lol.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Exactly what I was hoping for. So shiny and pretty. Does not interfere with my glass screen protector (purchased separately). No issues with docking.I got a little ahead of myself and installed the cover before I realized it came with button overlays to place under the joycon covers - so I feel that the cover on the joycons is a *little* loose without the overlays, but it’s minimal and barely noticeable. The button overlays are very thin and I doubt their durability so no plans to add them.Heads up, this cover blocks the kick stand, which is why they provide a little stand. Nice touch, but seems way too small to hold a Switch 2 without tipping. Works great for a phone, though.Overall— good fit, beautiful color, and good price point for this basic level of protection. If you need hardcore protection, definitely look elsewhere. I recommend for anyone wanting something that looks nice and protects against scratches and basic wear and tear.Ver másVer menos

  Bear expectations

The precision/fit of the shell and the quality of the membrane definitely exceeded my expectations based on the price. I can't speak on the durability yet. The color (gray) matches the images perfectly (I thought it was ugly but my nephew loved it). I expected the silicone membrane that overlays the buttons to cause them to become mushy, but surprisingly it does not meaningfully affect the buttons. Because it's sandwiches pretty tightly between the joycon and the shell, the membrane doesn't move and stays in place. Compared to a shell swap which takes an hour of careful work, this took a minute to put on and looks pretty decent.Biggest downside is that you no longer have access to the built in stand, but they do provide a foldable stand that raises the switch off the ground. This will not offer drop protection because it's hard plastic and not a silicone cover, but will provide scratch and light dent protection. This did not prevent using a screen protector at all.Ver másVer menos

  Super cute!

I love this case and the way it fits on the switch 2. Very easy to put on and the value is great. It is comfortable to hold and doesn't feel bulky but does feel more stable. The only con would be is it won't fit in the docking station with the case on.

  Good Case with Small Issues

I really like the design of this Switch 2 case. It looks great, feels well made, and fits the console very snugly without being difficult to install or remove. It adds a nice bit of protection while still keeping the system comfortable to hold. The only thing I noticed is that the overhang on the Joy-Con portions of the case keeps the controllers from seating quite as solidly against the screen as they do without the case. It doesn't cause any connectivity issues at all, but there is a slight amount of play or wiggle between the Joy-Cons and the console that's noticeable when you're holding it. It's not a huge deal, and it hasn't affected gameplay for me, but it's something worth mentioning. I also noticed a little bit of creaking when gripping the console. It seems to come from the small amount of space between the case and the Joy-Cons. Thankfully, it was an easy fix. The case came with extra double-sided adhesive tabs that are meant for the buttons, and I placed a couple of them between the Joy-Cons and the case. That completely eliminated the creaking and made everything feel much more solid.Overall, I'm happy with the case. The design and fit are excellent, and aside from those small issues which were either minor or easily fixed it's a great case that I'd recommend.Ver másVer menos

  Very Impressed

This is really cool. The color shift is amazing and I love looking at it. Only downside is with the case on you cannot attach the joycons to the additional controller piece that makes them work like a classic controller. You also cannot use the kickstand on the switch but it came with a handy alternative. Overall really pleased with this.Ver másVer menos

  My Switch finally pops.

LITERALLY should be something everyone has. I never send a case as good as this one before. The stand being blocked off kinda blows, but the one they provided is very portable and can fit in my carrying case, so I think it does its job. It looks and feels very nice in general too, with little support grips in the back that make it feel comfortable.Ver másVer menos
