  Quality Picture and Service

  We purchased this TV for our new outdoor space near our pool. It’s been a wonderful addition for pool days and nights. The biggest surprise for us is the picture quality during sunny afternoons! I recommend adding either a Bluetooth or wired speaker as the TV sound didn’t quite get loud enough. We use a Bluetooth Bose speaker and it’s been great for movie nights! Even though it’s listed as an outdoor rated TV, I strongly recommend purchasing an outdoor cover or some way to protect it in bad weather. After six months we had an issue with our first TV. They responded to our email within twenty four hours helping us solve the problem. I highly recommend this TV not only for the quality picture but for this companies exceptional customer service!!   Replace

  Had a problem with this particular TV but I called customer service and they were excellent in resolving my problem. This TV had been sitting in my garage in the original box since September 2024 die to the patio redo took longer than expected so I was disappointed that the TV didnt work but once I contacted customer service they replaced r d and even upgraded te TV.   Great Outdoor TV!

  After burning through 3 indoor TV's in my cabana over 2.5 years I decided to get the Sylvox 55" - WOW, this is a great TV! - although it's covered and in partial shade, lots of sun makes its way in to the cabana and this TV is bright! The picture is outstanding too - I recommend a soundbar or like I did, 2 outdoor speakers on each side facing me as the internal speaker sucks - Note: this is a heavy TV - if you're mounting it over your head you'll need some help - only thing I wish it had was Alexa built in - other than that, an AWESOME purchase.Ver másVer menos

  Sylvox 55” partial sun outdoor TV

  This TV is beyond incredible. I read many of thereview's on what others had to say and this TV will not disappoint at all. This is beyond 5 starsEasy to set up as everyone stated. It is heavy but the way it is built is expected. This is probably the best TV I have bought in the last couple years and I’ve bought 6 in the past year for a new build home. Buy it!Ver másVer menos

  Great TV - Great customer service

  I own two of the Deck Pro Tv's. They are very well built and weatherproof. Very satisfied. I had an issue with one and the company was quick to send me a new one (and a newer model!). Very pleased with the TV and the company.
