It works
I like the affordability of this headset and it works well. If you are on mute in a meeting and move at all it says "Muted" over and over which is a little annoying.

A Super Comfy Headset That Made My Work Calls Way Easier....And I am Loving it
The sound quality is really solid. Voices come through clear and warm, not tinny or flat like some cheaper headsets I’ve tried before. I used it for a couple long meetings and the stereo sound made it easier to focus without getting distracted by stuff around me. The ear cushions are soft and kinda squishy in a good way. I wore it for almost three hours straight one morning and didn’t get that sore ear feeling at all. The headband adjusts smooth and doesn’t pinch the top of my head. The mic is great too. I asked a coworker how I sounded and they said it was super clear, no background noise or echo. I tested it by typing and tapping on the desk a bit, and none of that came through. The noise canceling on the mic does a good job blocking out the random sounds in my room. I even had my fan on and nobody mentioned hearing it. The inline controls are handy. The buttons are big enough that you don’t have to look down to find them. I muted myself a few times during a call and the button responded right away. The volume buttons work smooth too, not stiff or laggy. The busylight is a nice touch. I didn’t think I’d use it, but it actually helps when someone walks by and sees I’m on a call so they don’t start talking to me mid sentence. The cable feels sturdy without being too stiff. I moved around a bit during calls and it didn’t tug or twist weird. The headset itself is lightweight, so it doesn’t feel like it’s squeezing your head after a while. I’ve had headsets before that felt heavy after an hour, but this one stays comfy.Ver másVer menos

An affordable work headset
This is a relatively affordable wired "on-the-ear" headset for work. I'm not a fan of on-the-ear headsets, but this is comfortable enough to wear a few hours at a time. The materials used feel very nice and sturdy. It comes with plenty of cord. Whether it's plugged into a laptop or desktop, you have plenty to spare to stand up and stretch if you need to. The sound quality is also nice. You can listen to music with little compromise in quality. The in-line controls are also great. The lights and buttons are bright and provide all the functionality you need at your finger tips. I think if they make an over ear design, I'd rate this higher. I just don't like the pressure put on my ears over time.Ver másVer menos

I've had multiple Yealink products now - and like the rest this has not let me down!
As a work-from-homer for over a decade now - I've been on every kind of meeting you can imagine now. I'm currently a heavy Teams user, and Zoiper is our VoIP app of choice. This headset works great with both - the software is a bit tricky, and even if it doesn't say so, I highly recommend a post-install reboot. Also note - they have plug ins for specific VoIP software vendors, make sure to install the plug in specific to your software. The sound quality is great, as is the clarity - everyone is crystal clear on both voip calls and teams meetings. The size is fine - they aren't too big or clunky (I used a gaming headset for a while, and this is way more comfortable for long meetings).Overall these are a great value - the USBc/USBa cable ends are nice so that you can ensure compatibility with newer laptops that may not have the older ports.I love the physical buttons - being able to mute, adjust volume and answer calls without having to touch my PC.My biggest and only complaint would be the "muted" voice sound when muting/unmuting - I don't currently see a setting to turn this off, but would love to be able to do so, or at the very least change it to a tone.Overall I'd highly recommend these to any one that spends any amount of time on the phone - there are days where I only answer a few calls, and days where I'm in 6+ hours of meetings - and these work great for either case!Ver másVer menos
