So worth it, great upgrade
This is such a great product, the screen quality is great. It’s coming from someone who had an iPad eighth generation before. Battery life is so much better. It holds gameplay so much better it’s not glitchy anymore and it seems very durable and it’s very light to carry around and not very heavy.Ver másVer menos

Great tool.
I've never owned an iPad before, but as an animation student I bought the bullet, and it's become by far one of my most valuable tools for my work. The majority of my work is 3D programs like Maya, and while I can't run that on the iPad what I have been able to do is extended my MacBook screen so that I have extra space. Additionally I also use a ton of apps on the Ipad itself, namely procreate which I use in order to color the UV maps of my models or ToonSquid to do some practice 2D animations. It's super portable and with a long battery life it's a game changer when I can't just bring along my whole computer setup with me. Even outside of my work I've grown rather fond of using it as a media player, both watching movie and reading comics on it as the screen is a very nice size for both. I also love the usb-c port as it makes file transfer super easy. I love having the touch ID as it's a feature I've missed on the iphone for some time now. I think the only problem I ever have with it is the swipe up feature for the home screen as sometimes it takes me a couple tries to get it.Ver másVer menos

This is a quality product and is more powerful than the old iPad I had.
Great tech support. I am not a particularly computer savvy person. So, when I bought this iPad Air M3 to run my golf simulator, I was having trouble doing anything more than turning it on. I called Amazon and got someone who didn't seem to know much more than I do - which isn't much - and they referred me to their outsourced tech support. These folks told me they'd get back to me within 72 hours ... unacceptable to me. So, I called back to Amazon and got a most delightful young woman who walked me through setting it up with no problem. I would give her a 5 rating (or 10 if it were possible) but I downgraded it to 4 because the first guy was ineffective and flat out wrong with his advice. As for the iPad itself, this one is refurbished but looks absolutely brand new.Ver másVer menos

Very impressed. Five stars.
Almost perfect condition. There was only one minor scratch upon inspection, and delivered with 97% battery health. Would absolutely recommend.
