Continues to be superior
The Logitech H390 and H391 series continue to be great headsets for those who like working and needing a microphone on there. If it even didn't include the microphone I'd get the headset alone on that.- The noise, the stereo headphones work very well.- Connectivity: it's a USB-C so it works and connects perfectly fine, no issues.- The fit for me is perfect. I've always had no issues with the sizing of these.- They're on-ear not over-the-ear.- Noise cancellation is a little lacking. When you're talking on the microphone it can pick up ambient noises very well.- The microphone is very clear. It's very very crisp and clear but it will pick up noises unless you are able to modify it somewhere if you have any type of audio settings.- The sound quality is great. It's not fantastic, it's not amazing if you're looking for surround sound headphones or something, no. It's stereo but it's perfect! It works just right!Ver másVer menos

Great value for the price
I’m a big fan of this Logitech headset. The ears are cushioned enough to be comfortable but not overly so. The microphone is unobtrusive and easy to flip out of the way quickly. The sound quality has been good in all of my meetings and no one seems to hear the dogs barking in the background when I use them. I have a small head and find that a lot of headsets slip. These seem to stay on my head comfortably with minimal slippage. They’re a great value for the price.Ver másVer menos

Totally good for the price
Decent sound quality on the mic, easy to plug and play in any device. Not noise canceling, but noise minimizing. No complaints.

Too tight, too hot, too heavy.
Logitech H391 Wired HeadsetI bought these to use with my cell phone. I hate talking on cell phones. They are uncomfortable to hold, hard to hear. They have been designed for so many other functions, they are horrible telephones. Plus I usually need my hands free when I'm on the phone either to take notes, prepare food or sip my cocktail. And I'm not going to stick some bluetooth gizmo in my ear or any other battery powered device that dies at the worst possible moment. I'm used to using a cordless phone with a wired headset, hands free, comfortable and good sound. But it's kind of ridiculous to pay for another phone that gets 95% spam calls.So I bought this Logitech H391 Wired Headset to see if I can get rid of the land line. My first impression is it's a little too tight and somewhat heavy. I tried to spring the headband a little to loosen them up but I don't think it worked and I don't want to break them. There should be one more slide on the headband for width. I'm going to keep using them and see if they get more comfortable. They do sound good, I haven't really evaluated the noise canceling ability.Update: I've been using these for about 2 months now and I have cancelled my VOIP phone line so it's cell phone or nothing. My impression really hasn't changed. They are too tight on my ears, they are too heavy. The line is too long and the gizmo in the line doesn't seem to do anything and is bulky and heavy. People I'm talking too say the mic picks up a lot of ambient noise and wind noise. I like to talk to my family during cocktail hour and frequently sit outside so the wind noise issue is real. I may try to find some open cell foam to slip over the mic for a home made wind blocker.Just in the time it took to type this update they got hot and my ears started hurting.I've looked at others but I want the single USB-C plug, not some lash up with a USB-A to C adapter or similar. It shouldn't be hard to find but so far I'm stuck with these.Ver másVer menos

Exceeds Expectations
I really like this headset. I bought it to replace my LogiTech H340 headset that my company provided and I never really liked. The sound quality with the H391 is really good for meetings and general conversations, which is what I use them for. I have listened to music while working and the sound is full and crisp. The boom mic is sturdy and seems to work well as there have been no complaints about hearing me or any distortion. I like that the boom and the cord are on the left. Because I'm right handed I don't find myself shifting the cord around if I'm typing or using my mouse. The USB-C connector fits snuggly, so no risk of it coming out or not making a proper contact, unlike the USB connector on the H340. The cord is thicker than most but it relaxes more than the typical thinner cords. I love the volume and mute control button. It's larger than most which makes it easier to make adjustments without looking at it. The ear pads are very comfortable, much better than the H340 thin foam ear cover.. USB-C Thick and long cord
I bought this headset because it was inexpensive compared to wireless models. They work great, but the cord is awfully inconvenient. The major plus of this unit is the USB‑C plug, which allows it to connect to both a computer and a phone—in my case, a Pixel 9. However, when connected to my phone, the cord is so thick and long that it snags on just about everything, including cabinet handles and doorknobs. The sound it good, the microphone is sensitive. The unit works well but it's the cord I wish I could do away with.Ver másVer menos
