Great speaker for a low price
This speaker sounds awesome! It has great bass and long battery life. I just took it to Florida for our family beach vacation and it performed perfectly. I looked at some other brands at a local store and they were $100 to $250. I could not justify spending that for a bluetooth speaker so I was very happy to see this product on Amazon. It has a neat feature where you can chain it to another Monster speaker and create a larger listening area. I am not sure I need that, but might consider buying another in the future.Ver másVer menos

A great buy. I fantastic piece of equipment.
Does the job. I used Monster cables for microphone and guitar in a band and they never disappointed. Overall, this speaker does the job as advertised. I have not tested the waterproof properties which are advertised on this listing. The bass is decent and the speaker is juussssst loud enough while doing 30mph (50km/h) on a bike. The audio quality seems good, although maybe kinda “digital” at times but that could be my streaming service. For the price and alleged waterproof feature, it’s hard to go wrong.Are there better-sounding speakers out there?Probably, I don’t know but this speaker is certainly comparable to similar products sold at a higher price. It does not feature a separate left and right speaker and it lacks a large subwoofer so it will always be limited in that way. It is relatively compact, portable, waterproof– I did mention that it is waterproof–, and the sound is very good with all of those things in mind. If you have limited budget and need a good stereo for almost every scenario, look no further.Ver másVer menos

You get more than you pay for
To opinatively keep this short & minimalist as possible. . You found a gem that's unexpectedly more than you expect.*Worth the $... 100% yes.*bluetooth connection: pairs easy.. solid, strong connection at distance - 35 to 45ft (line of sight). 20 to 25ft in a home/apt with several walls in the way... Fewer the walls the better the connection. Standard with most Bluetooth speakers. Metal appliances (ex: fridge) will impede connection.*build quality : close to, if not on par with JBL quality. Looks nicer in person. Feels solid, has heft.. Feels like made of quality materials that are durable. Dust/Water rated for the typical user to not worry about such things with average use.*battery life : close to claims in description @50% volume.Is it loud? No need to worry .. Yes, it's more than loud enough without distortion at full volume depending on amount of bass in track being played..Speaking of Bass;... On par with, almost as much as JBL Charge.Bass boost is noticeable but not by much depending on music preference. Over all gives music more depth & punch. Deep Low end is noticeable at low to mid volumes, depleats to nonexistent the higher the volume..Overall sound quality is rich & full. Clean highs, clear kids & solid deep & punchy bass.Thoughts...For the budget conscious this speaker well worth the price for a speaker that punches high in its mid-tier class that has Solid on point performance. Monster has really upped their game & it shows with this Monster s620.Great bt speaker for gatherings of 6 to 8ppl in an approx 20ft radius.. like bbqs or pool parties, camping. To big/bulky/heavy for hiking. It's bigger than expected.. A little bigger than in size & weight of a unopened tall boy/16oz can & a bit taller.I've owned numerous bluetooth speakers over the years. Great portable speaker
So I bought the first one hoping it would be halfway decent for $40. To my surprise, this is speaker really delivers exactly what you always want a portable speaker to provide. I added a picture of my set up because we all know that with 360 speakers, if you can have the echo effect, it’s going to make everything, especially the bass, sound that much better. And pairing them together is super easy, and I highly recommend it because these together produce such clear sound at higher volumes than I ever have experienced with portable speakers this size.I have owned several Bose portable speakers, and I’ve always felt they were lacking power, especially for a speaker that costly. These Monsters will never have that problem, but because of the power, you are sacrificing battery life. I feel like I have to charge these every five hours or so, but again, for the amount of enjoyment I’m getting for only $90 with tax, it’s amazing what pairing these two can really provide.For music versatility, I would say it sounds great with hip-hop or rock, but I would give a slight edge at times to rock music and perhaps EDM. But it’s truly essential to get the best quality, I use YouTube Music, and I’ve been very happy with the quality for most of the songs I encounter. So obviously if you’re not using top quality sources, you’re not going to experience the sound you would like from these, or any speaker.Overall, I can’t say there are that many cons, especially at this price point. If I paid more than $60, I would probably be more critical, but $40 is an outstanding price for speakers of this quality, and sheer power being produced. I’m extremely happy, so I highly recommend these to anyone looking for good bass, and very impressive power from a small portable speaker.Ver másVer menos

Small Size, Shop-Proof Sound (Just Keep the Charger Handy)
The Loudest 60 Watts in the ShopI bought two of these to take advantage of the TWS linking, and let me tell you—120 watts of stereo sound is no joke. I use these at work, and they are easily loud enough to roar over my pressure washer and shop vacs. For something this small, the "thump" is seriously impressive.Built Like a TankThe look and feel scream quality. With an IPX8 rating, I don’t have to worry about them getting splashed or knocked around in a rough work environment. They feel rugged enough to handle daily shop life without breaking a sweat.The CatchThe only reason this isn’t a 5-star review is the battery life. While the sound is top-tier, the battery could definitely be better, especially when you’re cranking the volume to compete with power tools. If you’re planning a full day away from an outlet, you might want to keep a power bank nearby.Final Verdict:If you need a speaker that can actually be heard over heavy machinery and isn't afraid of a little water, this is it. Phenomenal speaker
This speaker is incredible. Genuinely impressed with the sound quality. I’ve gone through my fair share of speakers . Last one was the beats pill and even though I liked that speaker a lot it provided a flat ish sound with durability being low .This speaker has bass you won’t belive , the mids and highs are perfectly balanced & even tho its bass heavy you can control that with a simple EQ button to lower that . It’s water proof as well. I’m an ups driver and this thing has been thrown all around the van , covered in dirt , rained on, ect . Battery life is also phenomenal, giving me a good 15 hours . Works all day with a single charge ,easy to use as well as looking great ! 10/10 recommend if you wnat a speaker that’s loud with flavor .Ver másVer menos
