Beautiful bag
Struggled opening the zip it was attached and stuck to a fabric inside the backpack but after a little bit of budging, I finally got it out so that’s why I gave it a four out of 10

I love this bag!
This bag is so cute and the straps have comfort on the shoulders!! The color and everything looks just like the pictures. Has enough space for a big laptop, school supplies, and little pockets for pencils and other things. It is very durable
