Absorbs well
I’ve been using the AgeDefy Pro Advanced Anti-Ageing Serum for a bit now, and overall I think it’s a fine addition to a preventative skincare routine. It has a lightweight texture that absorbs quickly and layers well with other products, which makes it easy to use both morning and night.The combination of peptides and vitamin C is nice, especially if you’re looking to stay ahead of fine lines rather than correct deeper wrinkles. My skin feels a bit smoother and looks slightly brighter, but the results are pretty subtle and build over time.I wouldn’t say it’s a dramatic “anti-aging” fix, but it does feel like it’s helping maintain my skin and keep things looking fresh. If you’re expecting major wrinkle reduction, this might not fully deliver—but as a proactive serum, it works well.Overall, a solid, no-fuss product that fits nicely into a routine. Good serum
I like that this serum is light, and that it is absorbed quickly into my skin. I have used this for a while now, and although I have mature melanated skin, it does seem to keep my skin soft and hydrated.It has all the skin loving ingredients, and doesn’t irritate or cause any irritation to my skin.This is a good serum for tired, aged skin…. Attractive packaging, but balance of ingredients is unclear from label
I've used a few products of this type and find them all fairly similar. What's different is the country of origin, the clarity of the labeling, and the details on the ingredients. This particular one falls short as it's clearly made in China (as it's labeled, with the silly "formulated in US" addendum) and the contents are listed by name but not specified at all by percentage. So there's no way to know if a given ingredient is 70% of the volume or if it was just passed over a teaspoon containing a drop. I prefer clearer content labeling and am particularly wary of made-in-China cosmetics that lack such.The brand ELIXORE was unfamiliar to me. They have a pretty website but it's all marketing speak, stuff like "Pure, Potent Ingredients" but no more info on the contents of their (apparently just three?) products than what's on the label. There's no US-based headquarters or contact info to be found. A bit more digging finds that the company must be new: "ELIXORE is a trademark owned by ELIXORE LLC, a Sheridan based entity located in WY." Of course there is no Elixore company office evident in Sheridan, WY; what's there is an office full of registered agents for companies actually based elsewhere. This did not give me good vibes about Elixore, to be frank.Listed at $35 at time of my order, this seems comparable to other anti-aging serums I've used from generic brands, if a bit more expensive. The package is attractive. It did not irritate my skin or have other unwanted effects. But the lack of transparancy as to the balance of ingredients and the lack of any clear US-based corporate presence left me wondering just who is behind this company and if it's any different from the dozens of Chinese importers selling similar products.Ver másVer menos

Unknown percentages of ingredients
This anti aging serum seems okay to me, but I think I'd rather try something else next time. If only because the bend is new and it doesn't seem to be completely transparent on the ingredients or origin. I'm suspicious of most skin care from China (even though most skin care is from there) and if it's from there I'd rather it clearly state so. It feels okay, it has no scent and seems to moisturize decently, and feels good as it dries. Every company starts somewhere I can't really fault them for being new. But it would help if the active ingredients were clearer and what percentage they are.Ver másVer menos

Lightweight anti-ageing serum
This is one of the lightest and quickly absorbed into the skin serums that I have used.I prefer to use this product for my nighttime skin routine because it contains retinol which would require me to use sunscreen if I used it in the daytime. Using it in the evening allows for just a moisturizer to follow it.Even though the instructions say you can use it during the day with sunscreen, I do not like to use sunscreen everyday, it tends to clog my pores.I recommend this product and will continue to use.Ver másVer menos

Gentle, not drying
I used this as my evening cleanser for a couple of weeks. It lathers lightly and rinses clean without leaving a tight feeling. The scent is mild and fades quickly. It removed light makeup and sunscreen without needing a second cleanse. My skin felt soft afterward and I did not notice any redness.The bottle is on the smaller side for daily use, so it goes quicker than a large drugstore cleanser. The cap is easy to flip open but can get a little slippery with wet hands. I have combination skin and it felt balanced, not too stripping and not too heavy. If you like a simple, calming cleanser with a soft feel, this is a good option. I would use it again, especially in winter when my skin runs dry. The gel is not overly foamy, which I like for a gentle wash. My skin did not feel tight after rinsing it off. It feels gentle enough for daily use without stripping my cheeks.Ver másVer menos
