I will be buying this Lotion Again!
This is a very light cream. No fragrance or greasiness left on body or clothing. I highly recommend this cream/lotion. Helps within minutes. It is for tired or stressed muscles. I put it on by back where I have pain and neck muscles before going to bed and it helps me sleep better. It is not a pain killer but many times if the muscles relax a little it doesn't hurt or hurt as much. This brand is made in USA according to label. Some brands are made in China. This is is a 5 oz container and most are 4 or smaller. Compared to others this cost less per ounce.Ver másVer menos

Great for neuropathy and foot cramps
I have nerve damage in my left foot and have struggled with foot cramps off and on for most of my life (especially at night) but especially since the nerve damage. This cream helps so much! I have observed a noticeable difference in the number of foot cramps since using it every night. The texture is wonderful and it also smells amazing. Like all magnesium creams, you may notice some mild irritation if you rub it on your calves as well as your feet (I do, because I also struggle with charlie horses), especially after shaving your legs, but it's never been anything too bad for me and goes away after a minute or so.Ver másVer menos

Small but Powerful!
After being immobile due to extended hospitalization I was diagnosed with neuropathy in my feet and legs. Fortunately I can walk now, however there is nerve damage causing tingling and numbness. After doing some research and recommendation by therapist I decided to try external magnesium to reduce the pin and needle pain constantly bothering me. I use this product interchangeable with magnesium oil. This is a miracle worker! There's a light lavender fragrance and a creamy consistency. Not a body butter, but thicker than regular lotion. A little goes a long way as I only apply it where there is pain. When massaged in it stops the pain from deep within. I love the added benefit of the arnica. There's a slight tingling sensation, that I attribute to the nerves calming. I even use to massage my shoulder muscle to relieve tension and tightness as I am also suffering from frozen shoulder. The product itself is 5 star🌟 worthy. I removed a star due to the tiny size for the price. it must be used sparingly otherwise a person suffering with nerve pain can frankly use the entire jar within a week or 2. As I am no longer able to work, and being approved for disability takes forever, I can't indulge as much as I would prefer with this product. In spite of the tiny size I do recommend!Ver másVer menos

Very relaxing , the smell is good , helps with pain
This is great product. I don’t like the feel in my skin but it does wonder . I helps me to sleep well

Small jar with big payoff
This item has helped with my night leg cramps, for application I rub it on my lower legs and bottom of my feet, helps me get to sleep and fragrance is mild, easy application and great value for money,no moreJumping out of bed at night to straighten my leg out. Relief and comfort right here!
I’m very pleased with this magnesium cream for so many reasons, but first because ppl put in the comments that they had itching or whatever so I put a minimum amount on and I did not have that reaction! So I found it to be not only absorbed nicely and has a mild lovely fragrance, but also eased my aching shoulders, knees and feet! I apply it several times throughout the day if I’m doing a lot of activity and works well as promised! I definitely recommend this cream if you are seeking relief as well!Ver másVer menos
