Great value for money if you are not a pro.Pros:- Good performance and distance- Soft feel that I like- Much cheaper than premium brands- Consistent quality across the packCons:- None noted for my level of playI can't tell the difference between these and expensive balls on the course. Good and affordable
These are quality golf balls that will really surprise you! Perfect for an average player, and they are very affordable! Distance is very good and they feel great off the clubs.

Very good.
Extremely impressed upon the first 50 shots. Soft and great feel. Yardage increased by 20-yards! Amazing. But after 50, the yardages decreased to what it should be. To prove to myself that it wasn't fatigue, I played a few days later and the yardages weren't consistent. With other brand name balls, they were at least the same, +/- a few yards. So brand new, out of the box, you're going to get this "WOW" factor. But will come back to reality shortly after. Good price. But properly the TaylorMade balls, which are somewhat the same price would be better.Ver másVer menos

Surprisingly Good Distance and Feel for the Price
I grabbed a box of the Amazon Basics Core Soft Golf Balls expecting “budget balls,” but they actually perform a lot better than the price suggests. Off the tee, they fly straight and give you plenty of distance. The soft core gives a nice feel on approach shots, and they don’t jump off the putter face the way some cheap balls do.Durability is solid. I’ve played multiple rounds with the same ball without it getting chewed up by wedges or cart paths. The cover holds up better than I expected for something in this price range.I’ll definitely keep a box in my bag.Ver másVer menos

Solid inexpensive golf ball.
First off a product has to be really good for me to write a review. The Amazon Basic golf ball falls within that category. I am 79 years old and play to a 13 handicap. I have been golfing for over 50 years and am a suckered for new golf balls. After watching numerous YouTube reviews on the Amazon ball I said what the heck $15 bucks a dozen no big loss. After playing 3 rounds of golf with this ball I was blown away. Great feel high launch and a fairway hunter. The only downside to the ball is lack of spin on the greens. Not terrible but don't expect any back spin. One of the best all around ball money can buy at a price of you can't beat. Beware they can't swim. Enjoy.Ver másVer menos

This Ball is DIFFERENT. Like Weirdly Different
I NEVER leave reviews on Amazon, even after hundreds of orders over the years...but I just played my first round with these Amazon balls (yellow for me) and I am TOTALLY hooked. They are excellent, and they are also different from any ball I've ever played...SO different.a) They seem to explode off the clubhead. Any shot, any speed, they feel solid and inspire confidence pre-shot.b) They go straight AF. Every shot on my home course (shots I've taken hundreds of times) all went as straight as I've ever hit from each same spot. Dead. Straight.b2) And oh yeah, that weak looking yellow color that seems very underwhelming when you first take it out of the generic sleeve...it shows up VERY easily on course. My vision is only fair but I could pick this ball up in the air and on the turf consistently even from 150+ out.c) WARNING: What you've heard about their stopping power is true. They don't. Simple fix: Aim for the very front of every green (unless it's a water hole). If you hit it flush, it will land and roll out considerably. That's not always bad, right? But if you have a safe route to the green, take one less club and watch as it predictably trundles onto the green and somewhere near the pin.d) This one is FREAKY, so it's just the experience of one guy playing one round...but...there was NEVER any mud or dirt on the ball. Ever. What is THAT? I never had to wipe it one time. Does it repel dirt? How would that even work? But on a day where there were brief showers in the early morning and some sprinkling going on, (so not VERY damp) the ball repelled everything. How??? They're just "different."So...if you're resistant to trying a dozen of these because of the potential self-humiliation of realizing your game has gotten to the point where you're consider playing a one-dollar ball...think of it as a scientific experiment.
